Perfect location and nice place

Great location and the place is like in the pictures.Onsite mangement was able extend our stay with one night on short notice.

Close to everything!

We had a great week! The condo was very nice and conveniently located to all of the Disney parks. Restaurants and stores were just minutes away! We used the pool a couple of days and it was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We had to move from the first unit because of ants in the room. The second unit has dead ants .

The unit was beautiful. Just lots of bugs.

Great Property with some attitude

Spring into your future

Everything went well, I arrived and had no problems with check in. My accommodations were very nice. I could have did without the nicotine smell at the door, but I was able to clean it. We went to Disney and had a great time, but were glad to return to the condo. Everything we needed was there and the location to stores were an added plus, to include restaurants. I'll be booking this again in the near future.

Clean and convenient

Clean , spacious, close to ESPN World Wide sports if you are doing competition , my bed slept well , some of our guest said beds were a little too hard for them. My only suggestion would be bring measuring cups if you plan on cooking . I would stay there again

Easy to rent the property. True as shown but not happy with the cleanliness of some of the towels. Pool towels were very dingy (green and white striped towels - white stripes looked gray; with pulls and snags in them. With the amount of money charged to rent the establishment it should be able to provide bright fresh /new towels.

Scam

I was told my reservations were cancelled at midnight after I called to let them know when I would arrive. They had all my money and me and 7 children. 2 being disabled were left stranded with no money no place to stay nobody would call me back and 10 hours from home . My kids missed two complete days at Disney and nobody cared what happened to us and it wasn’t even our fault

Convenient

In MARCH We reserved and had confirmation of a 4 bedroom with three kings and one set of twin beds. Upon arrival we were assigned a room with two kings and two sets of twin beds. That does not work well for married couples. Went directly to front desk and was told this is what you requested!!! Kitchen was not in my opinion fully stocked. Five glasses for eight people. Pans were not of good cooking quality. Cheap. No pancake turner or steak knives to name a few. The Pool was nice. Property is inviting and close to Disney.

Great Spacious Condo, Close to Disney

We took our family to Florida fir the Christmas Holiday, and was amazed at how spacious the condo was to accommodate all 7 of us. Another plus is we were only 10 minutes from Disney World and about 25 minutes from Universal Studios, without tolls. If I had to provide a few recommendations, we didn’t like the tiny trash can in the kitchen are, it didn’t hold much and we couldn’t take out the trash when full due to the trash disposal restrictions. Also, there were only 3 glasses in the entire unit, which obviously didn’t allow us to use them at the same time. We had to buy cups.

Worth the money

Really close to Disney attractions, 10 minutes max. Friendly people. (Especially Fabio at the pool restaurant) Really clean and comfortable. ( Two small things that I would like to see them do. Clean the windows so you can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and periodic cleaning of the high places in the condo ) But that is really nit-picking. The condo was great and so was the pool area. There was supposed to be a children's play area but that was closed just before we arrived. Great gated community that we will definitely stay at again if we travel to Disney or the Orlando area.

Great location near Disney

Great location near Disney parks The house is very good. Take in consideration that you probably will need some basic additional staff as toilet paper, body wash hands wash, etc. Mainly if you will be staying more that 4 days. We were a group of six I’m the house. Includes a grill outside that I enjoyed a lot. In general I can stay again….

Great location

The overall location of this property was great, close to many of the Disney and Universal Studios attractions. Our family explored the area and took advantage of the pool after our adventures. We would absolutely come back to this property again.

Really love the condo but not really crazy about the location (traffic) however, fast food drug and grocery stores are all very close by. And most important there is a Krispy Kreme nearby

Great stay in great location

Property had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and was probably the cleanest unit we've ever rented through VRBO. Proximity to all Disney parks was a great plus!

Birthday Trip

The resort townhome was beautiful! The address given in the email was for the sister property. But once that was straighten out, I went to mine after it still matched the pictures! Check in was a tad slow due to someone training. The townhome was beautiful. Literally looked like all the pictures. They didn’t have all the towels in the room and a few were dirty. But other than that, it was a nice stay! Would stay again!

Close to Disney Home

Very easy and enjoyable stay. Gate codes never worked. Slightly annoying, but easy to contact the front desk. Home was very nice, very clean and in close proximity to the parks. I would recommend this home.
