Quiet Custom Apartment with Separate Entry

Clean 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in the middle of the farm fields of Buckeye offers the best of all amenities.
All the furniture is brand new offering comfortable beds for up to 6. The bedrooms both have king size beds and there is a pullout queen in the living room. There is laundry in the apartment for your convenience.

This apartment is above the garage and has a flight of stairs to climb to enter. It has a half door at the top of the stairs with latch to keep kids upstairs.

This quiet custom home has quick access to I-10 and shopping within 5 miles. Goodyear Ballpark is 7 miles, Westgate and Cardinals Stadium is 17 miles, Downtown Buckeye is 5 miles where you can eat at Café 25:35 for a delicious lunch or breakfast, and visit Screws and Sparkles a local craft boutique or head into Verrado to eat at Grazzie's Pizza just 5 miles away or check out the Buckeye Equestrian Center, 8 miles away. Goodyear Ballpark is straight shot drive just 8 miles East. Phoenix International Raceway is 10 miles and Westgate/ Cardinals Stadium is 17 miles away. Or a short 25 minute drive will get you to central Phoenix.

No events or parties and no more than 2 cars can park on property.

The place was very clean and spacious. We all loved how comfortable the beds were! Super quiet neighborhood and easy access to the place. We definitely would consider staying here again. 10/10 stars. Hosts are incredibly nice and respond in a timely manner.

This place was extremely nice! We were in town for the NASCAR races and it worked perfectly for our needs. The hosts were great and very friendly!

Highly, highly recommend. We would stay here again and again. 13 out of 10 happy. The place was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. Easy access and we felt safe and secure in the country setting. The accomodations are well stocked to meet your needs. Host we super responsive and helpful.

Boys trip

We were in town for some spring training baseball and would definitely stay here again. We had a very nice stay at their apartment and it was 100% as described, very clean and very comfortable. It is a little ways out from everywhere, but we actually liked that about it. Thanks a bunch

Great spot outside of town

This garage apartment was great for my quick trip for meetings and NASCAR race. There’s not a whole lot around it so you better stop at the store far ahead of time. Quiet little street play a room at everything is nice and new.

This apartment couldn't have been any better. All the comforts of home, beautiful area, and very private. Would stay here again for sure! Bonus it's super close to Goodyear ballpark!

Great apartment!

Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Great nights sleep. Great kitchen for making meals especially if you dont want to go out to eat every night. I would stay here again.

Cool and cozy

I really liked this spot, nice and quiet, bed was comfy and I found it to stay cool in the heat of summer. Super clean and lots of natural light. I work odd hours and I appreciated I was not bothering anyone with coming and going

A Home Away from Home!

We were so pleased with the layout and space of the property. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the items you might need, and the beds were so comfortable. We were happy to be away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, yet minutes away from all the shopping centers you might need. We enjoyed the easy access to local golf courses, baseball spring training, entertainment in Phoenix (if you wish), casinos, you name it. I had a 4 mile walking route that allowed me to get fresh air and take in the countryside. Connie and Rick were friendly, wonderful hosts who provided suggestions for local establishments and were very responsive to all communications. Especially try the Arlington Cattle Company for fresh meats and even a burger if you have time. We would definitely stay here again and hope to see Connie and Rick in the future.

Very nice, highly recommend!

I rented this property for my parents while we were visiting family in Buckeye, AZ. It was conveniently located with easy access on a quiet street. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. Home away from home

We absolutely loved everything about this rental. Upon arrival, the apartment was spotless, very spacious and comfortable. The property manager was kind, urgent to reply, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking short or long term, as we felt right at home there.

2023 Guardians Spring Training

Our apt. was Quiet. Everything we needed was there. Bed was comfortable and shower hot. Easy peesy.

Rick and I are both from Michigan yet met here in Phoenix over 30 years ago. I am a teacher and work here in our local schools in Goodyear and Rick is a Commercial Electrical Contractor. We are avid outdoors people and enjoy ATV riding and love to ride in the sand dunes. In the summer we love to hit the lakes on our jet skis. We travel often and prefer to stay in VRBO's for the home feeling. We started renting our apartment on our property after our daughter moved out after graduating from college. We are excited to share our space to contribute to people looking for a safe, comfortable and affordable place to stay.

This apartment is spacious and while in the quaint farm fields, it is also convenient to many local hot spots. We provide a few amenities that will help to get you started like laundry soap and bath care such as, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. In the kitchen the coffee bar has a Keurig and pods to get you started with as well as some cream and sugar. We hope you will feel at home.
