First timers

Great location for spring training

Host was outstanding. House was very clean with a lot of amenities. Located in a nice area of Goodyear. We would stay here again on any visit to the area.

Spring Baseball 2025

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic. Nearly everything we needed was provided. All we had to add was food for a great week of spring training baseball. When we wanted a change of pace for food it was a short drive to several good restaurants. The location was near the west side baseball stadiums and traffic congestion was minimal. The house was squeaky clean, the beds were superb, and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood playground was great for the youngsters.

Great Stay in Goodyear, AZ

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Goodyear. The location was perfect for attending Spring Training games. The house was nicely furnished and well maintained and communicating with the owner was easy. She let us know that the house was ready early which we appreciated. We also enjoyed spending time on the patio, relaxing, playing games and stargazing. Many thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Lovely home but not quiet

Everything was nice except we prefer a quiet neighborhood and this is next to a busy street, so a lot of noise.

A Perfect Christmas - Far Away From Home

Deciding to break with tradition of a lifetime and not spend Christmas in the East, we opted to join our gran-niece and her family in Arizona. On VRBO I found a 3 bedroom house, near her home in Goodyear. We landed late at night, tired and grungy after a nearly 5 hour flight. We walked into a warm, lit, home with lovely holiday decorations. Along with the decorations, we found donut holes, Christmas tree cookies, tangerines, bananas and coffee pods along with powered creamer. In the refrigerator there were bottles of water. The house exceeded the photos ten times over. Each room was spacious & beautifully decorated. There were toys for children in the bunkbed room, the den had a gorgeous foos ball table and a giant connect four, along with a pull out futon, books and games. The master bedroom had an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Backyard large with a grill, corn hole game and axe throwing board, firepit and ample seating. House was immaculate, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room in particular were spic and span. There were plenty of thick absorbent towels and in the master bathroom a towel WARMER. This home, made our Christmas, we hosted Christmas Eve dinner, 4 generations together and it was absolutely perfect. Owner a delight to work with. HIGHLY recommend this home.

Simply the best

The host is absolutely the most conscientious host we have ever had. Everything is spotless clean and orderly. The home is comfortable and inviting. Our grandson enjoyed the games and the bunkbed. Everything you need for a stay is there and the host is always available for any question or need. We had the most enjoyable time there.

lovely home in a lovely neighborhood

loved everything about our stay. host very easy to communicate with. house was the best one we have ever stayed in with vrbo or other sites. only had streaming no local channels or cable which was fine with me but my brother missed his sunday football games.

Comfortable and spacious it felt like home

Warm and Welcoming

This property was amazing! The host filled the house with lots of extra touches that really made our stay enjoyable. Comfy beds and sheets, plush towels, information about WiFI/remote control usage, etc. Communication with the host was timely and check-in/access was a breeze. Highly recommend this property and this host to anyone staying in the Goodyear area.
