You will check into the home on the start date listed above for your week and check out on the end date! The boys must be out of ASV by 8am on the last day. There are no events as the facility is cleaning and checking in the next week the same day!


Please also note maximum capacity for your comfort is limited to SIX (6) people. We can not accommodate more than 6 in this unit.

This is a free-standing single-family home. It is located in a residential area made up of private homes. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Two bedrooms each have queen-size beds and one bedroom has a full size. There are window AC units in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms! The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor so you must be able to walk up/down stairs. There is a closet in each bedroom complete with a luggage stand and hangers. There is a small dresser in each room as well.


There is a deck off the kitchen, complete with chairs for relaxing. The living room has a large TV equipped with a firestick for you to stream all your favorite apps!

You have the entire home to yourself plus laundry facilities! A washer/dryer is located in the full bathroom.

There is parking in the driveway for two small cars or one large size car. The driveway is narrow! There is free street parking (on Clinton Street) just steps away from the home (literally) so parking is never an issue!

Please note- there are a few steps into this home and a staircase within it so occupants must be able to walk up and down stairs.

We provide bed linens, towels (one bath size & one washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel in each bathroom), dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster & blender. We provide you with dish detergent, hand soap, garbage bags, a starter roll of paper towels, and toilet paper as well as a few other basics just in case you forget! We love to surprise and delight!

This home is under new ownership. The previous owner had stellar reviews for location, amenities and cleanliness! This is the first season under new ownership - don't let the lack of reviews deter you!
