Destin Towers is in the heart of the sleepy little fishing village we call Destin. The building is set back from the hustle and bustle so it is quiet and relaxing. This unit is located on the 11th floor, and has spectacular views, as you can enjoy the sunrises with some fresh brewed coffee and sunsets with your favorite adult beverage. Our condos are fully furnished, just bring your beach towel and sunscreen. This gated community offers a gulf front swimming pool and hot tub. King bed in the Master and Queen & Twin in the other bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Property amenities include a Gulf front swimming pool, Hot tub, Tennis court, grills, and meeting room.

*7-night minimum (Saturday - Saturday) Memorial Day - Labor Day / Spring Break & Fall Break*
*4-night minimum all remaining times of year.

Cozy family vacation

Our vacation was great! The location of this condo was perfect. We enjoyed the balcony and all of the space the place had to offer. It had a very cozy feel!

Beautiful location

The property had a beautiful view and great location near many amenities. The condo was perfect for our family, and it will be a place we consider going back to again for another family vacation.

Had to move out mid stay

Property was clean but very dated. The HOA told us the week before our stay that we would have to leave for repairs. EC rep Allie was great in finding us a new place but it was a big hassle. I wouldn’t stay in Destin Towers again due to concerns about the age of building and sudden repairs required.

Summer trip every year

We have stayed at this property before and have enjoyed it. Since then it really has gone down hill. The air would not go below 74, the mold in bathroom ceiling in shower and cracks not impressive. Fire alarm off wall in master bedroom all you could see is wires? We also had to hold down button in toaster to toast bread until finished. We made the best of it, but will not stay in this unit again.

Great condo!!

Loved the check in process! Super easy and simple with no hassles. Beautiful views from the balcony and the condo was plenty big for us and our 3 teenage boys. Location is super convenient to all food and we rarely had to drive anywhere. We did have a couple small negatives but weren’t deal breakers for us. Master remote wouldn’t work and the toaster didn’t work unless you held the lever down. We did find a dirty clothing item in the master closet that made us question the cleanliness of some things but we just pushed it aside and left it alone. I highly recommend this location though and we hope to come back again one day!

Disappointed in the Condo

Dirty! Unfortunately it did not take long to find.... Mold in the showers! The throw rugs were filthy! The linens and pillows all felt aged and should be replaced. Unfortunately the couch and two chairs in the unit were just uncomfortable, the couch felt filthy and the pleather chair was not welcoming, so we had little to no time spent there. We loved the balcony. It had a table and chairs. We love Destin.

Beautiful layout but health and safety issues and no response from management

Safety and health issues noted, in addition to the fact that we reached out to the property manager twice and received no response at all. Toilet plunger from master bath was in the kitchen by the sink; smoke alarm in master bedroom was not there (had obviously been removed and not replaced); light fixtures not operating properly due to installation of compact fluorescent bulbs instead of incandescent bulbs (because of the dimmers). We actually purchased new bulbs for over the master bath sink and shower so they would operate properly during our stay. There was sand and food under kitchen table. Kitchen counters had food on them when we arrived. Major crack in floor of master shower, mold/mildew bottom of shower door….poor upkeep (and poor supervision of the quality of the cleaning crew’s work). We listened to chairs being scraped against the floor, children running back and forth for hours, loud music, banging, and voices. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable due to no stuffing left in chairs / mattresses. Box spring on master bed is very noisy. We left a full day early as our backs could just no longer deal with the living room and bedroom furniture. While there is nothing that can be done about the issue with noise travel between the units, a few well-spent dollars would go a long way in making this an attractive option.
