Welcome to the gorgeous Gulf of America at the coast of Alabama, the perfect beach escape for family and friends. The shores are steps away, where you can enjoy surfing, sailing, shell collecting, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. This home is part of a resort, which offers fantastic amenities to bring you entertainment and comfort, like a glittering pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness area, and a world-class tennis court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Weekday getaway

Stayed a couple days to get a break from life. Unit was clean for the most part. There was toilet paper ball stuck to wall in livingroom area and the cabinets were disorganized and things were not where they be but other than that we really enjoyed our lil break.

Not to bad for the money

I would definitely try putting the building numbers/ condo unit numbers on the sides of the building because it was very confusing trying to find out correct building. Not having AC in the elevators suck. Only having the ramp on one side of the building doesn’t make since when there is parking on the other side with no ramp. Overall the place was pretty nice though.

Very nice area with restaurant nearby. Loved the location. Condo was perfect for us. Clean and private. Will stay again.

Quick place to stay for us. Last min stay

It was a quick cheaper place to stay but you definitely get what you pay for. Not the cleanest, left over hair on shower wall, sand on the floor, even dark hand prints like on the bathroom door jam. There is no deadbolt lock on the front door, which I was uncomfortable with. The hot water did not work in master bathroom, shower would not turn off nor the drain for it work correctly. One highlight was the bed was comfortable.

Very nice and comfortable

Great living room and kitchen area. Not over done with furniture and knickknacks, which is nice when you have kids Very comfortable and plenty of space. Kitchen equipped well enough. Kids bedroom is great ! Would have been 5 stars except the master bathroom lacks - shower/ tub doesn’t drain well , water pressure not good and water doesn’t get hot. The other bathroom is great with water pressure and hot water!

Couple Vacation

This place was perfect for me and my husband, we stayed for two nights and took the ferry from Daulphin Island to Fort Morgan, the condo itself is about 10 minutes from the hangout and The Osyter house, we enjoyed our stay and the neighbors were no issue, the hottub is super hot and relaxing, overall it is a very nice condo and we would definetly stay again!!

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful quaint condo only a few feet from the beach. This place extremely clean and far exceeded our expectations. I just wish our stay was longer. Would most definitely stay here again.

Communication and sanitation issues

The location was beautiful and when we found issues with the cleanliness (tub had a ball of hair in the drain, hair around toilets, soap on the shower wall, stains on the towels...) we tried to work out a solution with the listing company, Vacasa. I did reach someone after waiting on hold and long story short, they had to get everything approved by a manager, weren’t located anywhere near us, and couldn’t give us any idea on when things would be resolved. Another red flag is that the mattress and bed skirt are black. No way to see if there are any issues there. The tv cables for the bedrooms are taped down in the doorways. The fridge was also not clean, which we could have overlooked, but with everything adding up, we couldn’t stay. We asked to be switched to a different condo, but they could t do that without management approval and couldn’t tell us when that could be resolved. We had just drove 12 hours to relax and this ordeal was anything but. I tried to work this out with the property so we could come to a solution, but it’s after our stay was supposed to end and I’m still waiting to hear from anyone who can help us.
