Debe tener 25 años para alquilar este condominio. Dunes condo 106 está ubicado en el primer piso donde solo tienes que salir a tu patio para ver las exuberantes plantas y flores tropicales que rodean el área. Desde su patio puede ver a los delfines jugando más allá de las playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México a solo 300 yardas de su condominio. Este condominio de dos dormitorios bellamente amueblado tiene casi 1,000 sq. Pie. de espacio para que usted y su familia jueguen y se relajen. Este condominio dormirá seis personas cómodamente. El dormitorio principal tiene cama king con baño privado. También hay un televisor con cable ubicado en el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y televisión por cable. Hay un baño completo ubicado en el pasillo. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales que necesitará en sus vacaciones. La sala de estar está bellamente amueblada con una mecedora / sillón reclinable, una silla y una otomana con un gran sofá que se convertirá en una cama queen. La mesa de la cocina tendrá capacidad para cuatro personas con asientos adicionales para tres en el bar. The check in was great and no hassel. They checked on us regularly to make sure everything was going good. The family loved the location being right by the pool and a short walk to the beach.

The location is the ticket for adults who want a quiet locale with easy access. Very relaxing next to the pool and beach vista.

Great location outside the mainstream crowd.

Good location comfy beds. Some wear along the edges of the kitchen cabinetry. Very relaxing patio. Bring drip coffee however, they don’t have a keurig.

The experience was far from satisfactory. The property is in desperate need of renovation. The paint on the kitchen cabinets is chipping off, giving the whole place a rundown appearance. The outside patio had mold, which made it unpleasant to use. Inside, there were leaking pipes under the bathroom sinks. The bath sink mats looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, which was quite off-putting. The pillows provided were old and uncomfortable. In the kitchen, there were only two forks, and the utensil tray was filthy. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. To top it off, we encountered huge rats around the outside of the condo. We even have a picture of one on the deck. Shockingly, we were informed that these rats are protected, so nothing is done about them. Overall, this condo was a major disappointment and not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Overall satisfied

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location to the pool. Walk to beach was longer than we are used to but was manageable. Living room furniture could use some updating for comfort and more towels, washcloths and dish towels would be nice.. condo was clean for the most part and beds were comfortable.

Far Away and Needs Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a decent stay, but the location and the overall look and feel of the condo definitely played a role in our stay. The ceiling was falling down in the smaller bedroom, the sink did not drain well and was broken. The shower in the master bath did not drain almost at all. The hot water did not last very long in the master bath. The cabinets were peeling in the kitchen. The recliner was also peeling in the living area. There were hardly any items in the kitchen- so prepare for bringing your own if you would like to cook, however there were plenty of bowls...likes lots and lots of them. The location in the property was probably the best thing, as it is literally 5 steps away from the pool. Although it was chilly during our stay, the children enjoyed the pool and hottub. The beach was a short 5 minute walk away, but it was pleasant. Overall, for a last minute rental it was okay, but the price was not worth this location at all.

Close to beach, with great views, and step right outside back patio door and you’re at the pool. Recommend and would definitely stay again at this condo!

Condo was average, property staff terrible!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was clean, but with a ton of damage, peeling cabinets, walls, chair. But the condo staff/security were the rudest people. I believe it should have been posted online that your pool closed at 8pm for whatever reason. Let’s not hear another covid excuse as the other pools around closed at 9 and 10. And then when it was closing at 8, the rudest lady yelled at my 9,10, and 12 year old children. How about you approach the adults and NOT the children. And don’t even worry about trying to call management of the property you wont get an answer or a call back. We had a ticket placed on one of our cars and after I called we never received another parking pass. We will be back to the area, but will choose to stay anywhere but sunset properties. Also let me mention this property is NOT on the beach it is a 1/4 mile walk.

Solid location

Easy access, up-to-date information, and just what I’ve come to expect after renting from The Dunes for the past few years. The master bath needs a little plumbing attention (slow to drain sink and tub) and a replacement remote for the master suite (nowhere to be found) but other than those minor hiccups an overall great stay.

Nice condo

Very nice condo, great location, overall clean, nice view. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and being close to the pool. Aside from a few minor issues with a slow draining tub and carpeted rooms (not my preference for a rental) it was an overall pleasant experience for our stay.

We basically had the beach to ourselves. It was perfect. Condo was clean & spacious. When we had an issue with the door code, I just texted them and it was not only immediately fixed they also sent maintenance to check everything out. We will definitely stay here again

WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM SUNSET PROPERTIES!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The manager, Becky, and Jim, the maintenance man, were the rudest people I have ever encountered. Becky berated us for coming early, and Jim told my kids he was looking forward to them checking out because their music was too loud. They give you a half roll of toilet paper when you come into the condo. We were on our honeymoon and the bed had such a severe cave-in in the middle we had to sleep in different rooms. When we pulled out a blanket, it had brown stains on it!!! The door code did not work countless times, as well. I will never, ever stay here again, and warn anyone else not to, as well! Terrible customer service. Check out AirBNB, their rooms at the Dunes have toilet paper, paper towels, soap and a mattress not fit for the junk yard. BEWARE!!!!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a great little getaway for our family of 5 (2 Adults, 2 Kids, 1 Infant). The property was as described, except the dryer did not function very well. It was not something we brought up to management during our stay, as we just hung dry items. Kitchen was stocked fairly well, however there is some aging in the kitchen cabinets, but still the condo was useful and clean. Being so close to the condo pool was wonderful, and the beach was not far away. To walk to the beach, you definitely would need a utility cart of some kind to carry chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc... but we just drove the short way to park by the nearest boardwalk. We were happily surprised to find a beach umbrella and some body boards to use at the beach! We also loved that is was away from the more touristy section of Gulf Shores. We had a pickup order at the nearest Walmart, and stayed at the condo for all of our meals, and it was great, however there were a few nearby restaurants to go to if you wanted.

Disappointing stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first night in the condo, it rained. We woke up to a large puddle under the kitchen table that had seeped through the wall. Maintenance came in and left super loud fans running for most of the day, until we had taken all we could take and unplugged them. Everything in the condo was just sort of run down. The dryer would not dry even 2 swimsuits and 2 towels, even after running it 3 times. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the tv in the bedroom was very old and didn’t work quite right. I paid more than our month’s house payment for 4 nights here, and there wasn’t even enough toilet paper to last through our stay. Good, quiet location, just a rundown condo in need of lots of maintenance.

Disappointing

We got to the unit and it REEKED of marijuana. They sent someone out to spray air freshener. The unit was absolutely filthy. The person who sprayed the air freshener even swept because she noticed it was so dirty. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean the floor. There were only TWO pots to cook with. Kitchen was extremely bare and was also very filthy. I didn’t want to bother the property management company more since cleaning would mean that we would have to get out of the way. Also, this is way further than 300 yards from the beach. We actually had to have someone drive us to the beach because it was so far.
