Excellent location for Clemson FB

Just wow on everything...Close proximity to football game, easy checkin/checkout...spacious house(we were a group of 8)...definitely the place to stay for family group get together football weekend...Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving

We rented this house for her Thanksgiving weekend. It was a mutual site to meet and ended up being wonderful in every way. The house was super clean, Ryan was very quick to return any questions, the neighborhood was lovely to walk, and neighbors were happy to stop and chat. We couldn’t have been any happier and hope it’s a start of many more family get togethers.

GREAT Home, especially if traveling with pets

This home was simply perfect for us and our dogs and about a 15 min drive to our family who live in Clemson. Ryan was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiries as well as a phone call upon arrival to help us with access as our check-in information on the the VRBO site was a little slow updating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable and the backyard was a joy for our dogs as it was big, completely fenced in, and private. It was very peaceful sitting outside in the morning and evenings. As we’re looking to make this an annual trip, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for a family

This is a perfect home if you are visiting the Clemson area. I have 5 kids-one of which goes to Clemson. We enjoyed the week of thanksgiving and had a lovely time. Large open spaces, TV/game room, and awesome fire pit that was stocked with wood. This is a great rental...highly recommend.

Nice place to get away for a few days

Nice house in a nice, quiet location. Was able to spend several days winding down and resting a little. House was clean and well-kept. We were comfortable, and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return to this property.

Great place to stay when visiting Clemson University

Great home to stay in when visiting Clemson University- super clean, organized, and spacious. Everything seemed brand new. It was about a 15-minute drive to Memorial Stadium - an easy and enjoyable drive. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was. We had plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare for our tailgate. We really enjoyed hanging out and watching football in the big room with the huge TV, bunkbeds, and games. Five adults stayed at the house (although there was room for more), and we all loved the home and agreed we would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner stock the kitchen a little better. There were lots of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking pots, cooking utensils, but it lacked measuring cups, measuring spoons, a cutting board, cheese grater, big mixing bowls, and pans for the oven (things like this). Not a big deal if you aren't planning on cooking a lot. The host was super responsive, so if you are planning on staying at this house and cooking a lot, you may just want to inquire if these things can be supplied ahead of time. Loved it here!
