Very disappointed in this property. It had an awful smell of moth balls, had mold in the washing machine soap dispenser, and did not meet expectations. Communication with the host was non-existent. I tried reaching the host prior to booking, and after they didn’t respond, I should have never booked. They never responded to my multiple message and calls during my stay.

Spent the month of March. Perfect location to explore Brunswick, st Simons and Jekyll Islands. House is a duplex but was quiet even with a hospital down the street. Grocery store within 1-2 miles. Enjoyed our time in Georgia very much

A disaster from start to finish

We arrived, house was freezing. There were no blankets for the bed, the pillow shams were covered in white dog hair. There was no visible thermostat to set the heat up. We talked to the people staying in the other half of the house and they turned up the heat but the heat turned off

Fun & safe

In a good neighborhood, restaurants were within walking distance. Apartment was in a neutral area where we could get to st. Simone, jeckyl island and savanna. And Winn Dixie was down the road.

Had every thing we needed

Rental was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I was pleased with the way the towels and bedding smelled fresh.. We will definitively book this listing

Clean and no bugs

The thermostat is not in the unit. You have to call someone to access the thermostat via smart phone. Waited almost 2 hours for access. There were no pillow cases to put on pillows. Pillows were covered with a sham, no pillow cases. The water has a strong odor (like well water) at times it was difficult to brush my teeth without gagging from the odor. Bathroom could use an update.

Remote work

Pros: Good size; all necessities; two weeks stay with no wifi issues; close parking. Cons: Could do with a makeover and spruce up; hospital down the street so sirens every day.

This was a great place to stay. The location was fantastic. Close to all the beaches

The property was nice, comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.
