Professionally Decorated Penthouse Unit! ASK ABOUT DISCOUNTS!


This beautiful penthouse unit is located on the top floor of the C building (middle) and is of the largest 2 bedrooms on the property. The master bedroom features a King size bed and a twin over twin trundle bed. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and has access to a the separate full bathroom. The living area features full floor to ceiling windows that overlook the outdoor pool with slides, lazy river, and other outdoor pools as well as the newly renovated splash pad and putting area. It also has both views of the gulf and the bay!
The living room has another queen-size sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating for your guests around a 60" TV.
The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare meals should you choose to stay in for the evening.

Amenities at the Caribe are second to none. Enjoy peace of mind at the resort with 24 hour security and a guard shack entry. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. Or we have complimentary trolleys (think oversized golf carts) that will take you to and from the beach as often as you like. Private cabanas, tiki bar and on site coffee bar too!

The penthouse was just as described and we had a great stay. Plenty of room and so nice to have a good ice maker in the kitchen, washer/dryer, and the large patio. The various pools and lazy river are awesome. We tried several dining recommendations from Allison and The Gulf was our favorite. The beach recommendation was great, as well. Looking forward to coming back again!

The condo is larger than it looks in photos and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Allison was very responsive and easy to work with. There are no shortages of pools and waterslides to enjoy. The beach is a bit of a hike and the trolley’s were not working during our stay but we overall enjoyed our vacation.

Immaculate Space

From check in to check out our stay was lovely. The rental property was beautiful and extremely clean!!! We were a little sad that the lazy river wasn’t open but had a blast none-the-less. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place

This place has it all. The free shuttles to the beach were amazing. The host was very responsive and friendly. The gift shop has necessities you may need beyond the starters in the room and there are trash bins for disposal in the hallways.

Beautiful condo

Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. The huge balcony looking out over the bay, swimming pools snd gulf was a real plus. Easy check in. No problem reaching the owner. Just a very nice place to spend a few days.

Best beach condo

We loved the condo, location, kitchen fully stocked, comfy beds and plenty of room. Trolley to beach and restaurant is a great feature. Every time we come back, we find a new favorite pool. Quiet escape for our family! Allison (host) was easy to work with and instantly communicated when we needed anything or had a question. This is our new favorite place to stay! See you next year!

Penthouse

Our host Allison was very helpful with every need we had from beginning to end. We enjoyed this location so much because we were right in the center of everything. Lots of things to do if you have kids. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants were delicious And the pools and lazy river were always clean and refreshing. One thing we loved the most was the bedding in the rooms. The most comfortable sheets and comforter that we have ever slept on. We will definitely come back to the same location in the future! Highly recommend

Caribe Resort Stay

This was our 2nd stay at Caribe and we were very happy with our stay at our most recent unit. The C building tends to be right in the middle of everything you need, especially with large groups like ours staying in all 3 buildings. We could get to B & D super quick when needed and all the pools are right there for you. The unit was super nice, great rooms and TVs for chilling at night. Would definitely stay in this unit again when coming to Caribe. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and furniture, updated throughout and was great for our family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was lovely and very clean. The owner was very responsive to messages. The only negative is the assigned parking spot. It is TIGHT, squeezed in between concrete walls. If you are in a very small car it might be fine. We were in my husbands Toyota Tacoma and he had to park all the way to one side so he could get in and out. There was no way to park so both doors could be opened so he had to drop me off before pulling in or back out of the space every time we went somewhere. We would not want to park there in a large truck or SUV! There is other unassigned (and uncovered) parking that you can use, though, if you had to. It didn’t really bother us but something to keep us n mind if you are bringing big vehicles. I enjoyed getting up early and being able to see the sunrise from the balcony. The condo had a lovely view of the largest pool and lazy river. I would definitely stay here again.
