NEW Waterfront Mid-century Modern Home with Heated Pool

Welcome to Lookout Point! This mid-century modern home gets its name from its spectacular lake views. Sitting on a point with big open water, you will enjoy your days on the lake with panoramic views from every single room in the house. The entire ensemble will be yours; your private heated salt water pool, private dock, and fire-pit area(perfect for star gazing). Every evening will be amazing with views of the sunset right from your private pool and fire-pit area. You will definitely fall into Lake Time!

Our home features an open concept with the kitchen, dining, and living room area all sharing a wall of glass that looks out to the pool and lake. The entire space boasts 18 ft wood ceilings and a natural stone gas fireplace in the living room area. The state of the art kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs.
The house has three (3) bedrooms and two and a half (2&1/2) bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors that open up to the pool area.
The Master bathroom has double vanity sinks, a separate tub, and shower.
The first guest room has a queen-sized bed and lake views. The second guest room has a queen-sized bed and a double-sized bed in it, and it also has lake views.
There is a full bathroom with a shower in between the two guest bedrooms. There is a half bath as well.
The garage has been converted into a kids' play /den area with a ping pong table, air hockey table, mini-fridge, pull-out bed/couch, and a TV/living space area for gaming or watching movies.
The house is approximately 3 miles (7 minutes ) from Publix and the Lake Oconee Village. SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT #23265

We had the perfect weekend and this home! Gabriel was a wonderful host and very helpful and responsive! Location was ideal and the house is exactly as described in the listing and photos. We hope to come back and stay again!

Beautiful house with amazing lake views! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to restaurants and Publix. The yard was great for kids and our pets. Our grand kids spent hours in the pool. We all had a great time!

Great Place to spend a Weekend

We were down for a wedding and this property checked all of our boxes. The open kitchen living room area and the wonderful outside dock and area was perfect for the guys to do their fishing and hanging out. Gabriel was a very generous host with excellent communication. Very attentive to making sure our stay was a nice one.

A week of fun

The house layout is perfect, especially for an older person who cannot handle stairs. It was like new inside and you can tell the owner really spent a lot to update it and make it higher end finishes. Everything was perfect except I would suggest two things, the garage space with the ping pong table, air hockey and TV and couches was not really useable because it was not under AC and we were there in mid-July with 90 degree temps. Also the dock is great but would benefit from some type of shaded area. Overall I would definitely still stay here again, perfect location on lake and near town and good privacy and view.

The house is absolutely amazing. We chose it because my elderly mother has difficulty with stairs, and this single-level layout was perfect for her needs. With seven of us in total, we had plenty of room for everyone.Architecturally, it’s a gem. The full wall of windows in the main living space brought in so much natural light.Gabriel is an outstanding host. He responded to our questions within minutes and even checked in proactively to make sure everything was going smoothly. It truly felt like staying at a high-end hotel.The house is also very well equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as bathrooms stocked with soap and shampoo, and a kitchen supplied with dish soap and dishwasher pods. This makes a big difference and take away the stress of remembering every last item when planning a trip.I would absolutely recommend this house and will return in the future.

Heaven on Earth!

We absolutely LOVE this property and will certainly be back. Our kids were on Spring Break, so we decided to plan a quick getaway. Little did we know that we planned a trip to Heaven on Earth. The house is beautiful, well-decorated, and the amenities are top-notch. The pool is comfortable, and the view of the lake took our breath away. We rented a boat and sailed for hours, and the town has cute shops and restaurants. What a fantastic getaway!

Retreat on the water

Clean and uncluttered lake house with beautiful views from every room. Heated pool and pool lights that change color upon request. The host was prompt with questions and provided snacks and drinks and a few other essentials. Ceiling fans would be nice but the house stayed plenty cool!

Our stay was VERY, VERY good! Loved the location of the home on the lake. So convenient to whatever we wanted regarding any and all lake activities. Most importantly Gabriel was an amazing host. Very easy to contact and very responsive. Even purchased "special" pillows for my family that we greatly appreciated. Just so accommodating made all the difference in the world. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to others. Thank you, Gabriel!

Best Family and Friends Time

Unbelievable view! This was such a pro and enjoyable place. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. You are sitting in the living room, dint room or master bedroom and it’s a better view than what the Ritz down the street offers. The house was clean, modern but cozy. It has everything you need for any age. We were with kids 17,14 and 9 and no one has touched a device. They played badminton ,ping pong, kayaked, fished, swam in the pool. We had the fire pit going at night for meats and snores. The place is at a great location very private at the end of the coldesac but conveniently located down the street from the boat rental, restaurants, food shopping.The only thing I regret is that we didn’t stay longer. No one wanted to leave. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the dock we enjoyed the serenity, the sunrise spectacular view, the fish jumping.The house is brand new and very high tech. This was perfect and the host was very helpful, welcoming and responding fast. I would definitely recommend and I would go back. The weather was unbelievable. Thank you so much! 💕

Property not maintained well. Beds very uncomfortable. Pots and Pans old and stained. No fire alarms. Many missing items. Outside furniture cheap, falling apart and dirty. Would not stay there again.

On a personal level, this is a very special property to me. From fishing off the dock to cruising around the lake, just being out near the water is all I'm after. It's on a beautiful point, the house is magnificent, and only three miles to all of the local eateries and businesses.

The mid-century modern design allows this house to capture all of the light and views that make the property extraordinary. The pool area is oriented so that it gets sunlight throughout the entire day. Winding down to catch a sunset is perfect by the fire-pit. You can fish directly off the dock and easily launch the two kayaks from shore.
