Welcome to Four Winds 104—an inviting, beautifully updated 1-bedroom + bunk alcove, 1-bath ground-level beachfront condo in the heart of Orange Beach. With dining, entertainment, and attractions just steps away, this Gulf-front retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning coastal scenery. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this condo sets the stage for an unforgettable beach escape.

Step inside and unwind in the welcoming living area, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun. Kids will love the built-in twin-over-twin junior bunk in the hallway, giving everyone a cozy place to recharge. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide added comfort throughout your stay. The primary bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy, home-cooked meals. When you're ready for fresh air, step out onto your private ground-level patio—the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, or an evening glass of wine while the sunlight dances across the Gulf.

With restaurants just across the street and only 36 units in the building, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere—no long elevator waits and effortless access to the pool and beach.

The Four Winds complex features excellent amenities, including an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

All was good except for the toilet stool being loose from the floor. We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the way that it was close to the beach. Would definitely recommend this place.

It was very accessible to the beach, pool and hot tub staying on the ground floor. The patio was very nice to see the ocean views and beach. Everything was close by and only 10 minutes from Gulf Shores. The unit we rented was clean and convenient.

Pros: Access to everything. It was nice to be next to the beach and pool without having to deal with elevator rides or anything with toddlers. AC was really cold. Communication was great. Good location to go do things. Cons: appeared to be black mold in the vents, some grout was gone between the tiles that my child tripped on, linens on pull out couch and under couch was dirty (I messaged and they fixed immediately) and some dirty dishes in the cabinet, VERY noisy, and the toilet ran 24/7. Bedroom bed was firm. Definitely would look into hiring a different housekeeper and fixing the toilet. Could benefit from some renovations. Overall was decent.

The property was overall good. It is very close to the beach, so you don't have to walk or carry stuff and kids too far. The kitchen is well stocked. If you like cooking, you'll have the essentials for a variety of foods. The only thing that was a little on the negative side was the bedroom bedsheets. They were stained so we threw them into the washer before getting into bed the first night. Luckily, we were able to get them cleaned off. You'll also notice a humid smell as soon as you walk in, but it'll go away once you get the AC working on the cooler side. Aside from that, the rental is everything you would expect from a rental of this type. Would recommend.

We loved the easy access with being in the first floor and also having a short boardwalk to the beach. Only complaint is the lack of storage space for beach stuff and clothing.

Last vacation before School.

We as a family was pleased with our stay. Great views from our stay. Loved the closeness to the beach ⛱️. Loved that fact we could enjoy the pool, only exception that the pool lady showed upthe last two day of our stay .I diffently would be coming back.
