Great place to stay

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the townhouse was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was very nice to be able to park in the garage.

So relaxing and comfortable!

Came to BR to visit friends, and this was the perfect place for our family to stay. Very clean, comfortable & the best of hosts! Communication was top notch, easy check in & out! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Clean and Tidy

The host was accommodating to all our requests. Professional and prompt communication. Rooms and bathrooms were great size and everything was very clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

I booked this property for 4 nights to attend my son’s LSU Graduation. The property is brand new, clean, comfortable and very comfortable. It is located in a very good neighborhood and close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. The property is PERFECT! I will definitely book this property again in the future!

It’s the little things that count

Enjoyed staying at this place. Appliances, furnitures were the best. Not your typical rental where owners only put crappy furnitures or appliances. Everything was top notch and made our stay so enjoyable. Everything was super clean and a step above every place I’ve ever stayed at. All the appliances worked, dishes, cups/glasses and cutleries are very nice and matches. All the beds are comfortable. Amenities were provided and the rose on the toilet paper out a smile on my kids face. Will stay at this place again if we are eve back in BR. Owner is very nice and responsive to all my inquiries.

The property was new and located near many restaurants, food stores, and the I10 East or West highway. The rooms were spacious and accommodating for privacy.. There was plenty of sunlight throughout the home..We enjoyed the use of the kitchen and the enclosed back patio.. Very quiet for the most part, the property is fairly new and there was some work being done on another property.. the property can get a little cold for my liking with the central air, I would suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater if you get cold easily.. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.. Recommend this property..

Would stay here again!

What a fantastic place to refresh while visiting family and working remotely! The host is communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The house is new, spacious, and clean. The Wi-Fi is reliable, the washer/dryer cleans brilliantly, the beds are comfy, the air/heating system works great, and the kitchen is spacious (love the coffee machine and sharpened knives). We set up our home gym in the garage since it’s so spacious. The man-made pond outside the living room window adds to the serenity. Neighbors and our nephew even fished in the pond (we saw fish, turtles, and crawfish). We highly recommend this place and would stay here again. The kids asked us if we could come back. :)

A relaxing stay in a spacious home!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, very clean, and had all the supplies we needed for our weeklong stay. I appreciate the touches such as the coffee and tea bar plus laundry detergent. The kitchen had all the essentials if you wanted to cook during your stay, which we did a couple of the nights. There's also a waffle maker/griddle combo in the pantry so we were able to make pancakes for breakfast one morning. One of the bedrooms didn't have a desk so my teen had to set up his stuff on the kitchen island. It would've been nice to have desks in all the bedrooms. Be aware there is a railroad track nearby that is very loud at night. The train and the horn lasts up to 2-3 minutes. It woke up me up every night (sometimes twice a night). My family slept through the train so it didn't bother them. Overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend!

Great hosts and place to stay! The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is spotless and has every amenity you’d expect and more. My husband enjoyed watching the variety of birds in the pond looking out the living room window. The location is great with easy access to everything in town. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!
