Recently finished and expertly crafted, this magnificent contemporary beach residence is nestled in the heart of Venice's Silver Triangle. Boasting eco-friendly features without sacrificing style or comfort, the house comprises 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a den, kitchen with BBQ, and a splendid rooftop deck with fire pit providing panoramic views of Venice Beach.

The Space:
Designed by Interior Particulier, this contemporary masterpiece spares no expense in providing a luxurious yet welcoming sanctuary. The living room captivates with 12-foot Fleetwood pocket doors, a fireplace adorned with handmade Zia tiles, and built-in white oak shelving. The chef's kitchen boasts Dacor appliances, Neolith counters, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. Upstairs, discover a den and 3 en-suite bedrooms, including a sprawling primary suite with a private balcony, office, and spa-like bathroom adorned with Neolith Riverwashed tile. Guest bathrooms feature Heath Ceramics tile and Kohler fixtures.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the garage to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener who needs access to the home to service the plants on the roof as well as the front yard.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

The Neighborhood:
When you step into Venice Beach, you're immersing yourself in the most pedestrian and cyclist-friendly enclave across Los Angeles. Our suggestion? Dive into the culinary delights along Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave, Main/Pacific, and the boardwalk. With a resurgence in dining options and Abbot Kinney's perennially exceptional shopping, there's plenty to savor. Don't miss strolling Abbot Kinney, particularly on weekends, for a vivid snapshot of community life. For a cycling adventure, follow the path North to Malibu or uncover the covert route through Marina Del Rey, leading all the way down to Redondo on a scenic bike path. We urge you to wander the walk streets, marveling at the eclectic architecture throughout the community. And be sure to explore the historic canals, steeped in the unique narrative of Venice Beach.

Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- All stays over 30 days require mid-stay cleaning. Please ask your reservation associate for more details.

Instant Book is turned off for all of our homes at Open Air Homes. This is a conscious decision in order to be a positive change for the short term rental industry, We encourage guests to send us a respectful note and provide us a little bit of background about your group before booking, and then we will take this to the owner for approval. We believe that mutual respect is key to ensuring that this industry can thrive. Open Air Homes strives to complete bookings in less than 4 business hours, so feel free to enquire and we will be in touch right away.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
