Impressive Place

Loved the house, pool, and hot tub. Very spacious, and very clean. Homeowner responded immediately if I had a question. 100% recommend staying here.

Great Time at the Mansion

I had a group of friends come to the mansion for a weekend gettogether. Property was as advertised, things were clean, and we had a great time. The one recommendation I would have is if you are coming in the summer not to heat the pool - it was almost too hot to stay in during the day!

The home was very clean and gorgeous. The hosts were amazing and they answered the phone at all times when I had a question before & during my stay. I greatly appreciate them for their kindness.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying in this home! The space is amazing and fun, especially for a large group. We had my daughter's graduation weekend for family there and it was perfect. James was great with communication. We really appreciated the step by step directions for checking in at gate and what we needed to know for the home. If we need to rent for another large group, we will definitely to back to the Mickey Mansion!

Huge and stunning

Pictures never seem to do any property justice. This place is massive. I literally got lost upstairs. Great place to host our company get together and we had zero complaints.

Quick Get-Away

James is a great host. Quick to respond and ready to go above and beyond to be a help. Communication was GREAT! We were just a group of church friends want to meet up in Orlando for a quick get-away. No one left disappointed. It was a great place to relax, plenty things to entertain, great pool area. THANK YOU for a great stay!

A magical time

I can’t say enough good things about this property. I requested permission to host an event for a dinner party and this was the ideal place. From the incredible parking available that you likely could never find at a place like this, to the amazing open concept for entertainment there was no shortage of enjoyment for my guests. The layout, decor and everything about this home was thoughtfully curated for a wonderful experience. The host was accommodating and responsive.

The host was welcoming. The amenities left a lot to be improved on. The couch in places was broke, the air hockey didn’t work, the pool table sides had broken bumpers and wasn’t level. The cabinets were stocked with nothing. No basic essentials. I have never rented a VRBO and had no spices or condiments or anything. We had to buy toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, paper towels etc. There was only 2 facecloths in each bathroom. The resort was good and the motorcycle game was fun. We paid to have the pool heated and was only heated the 1st day after that it wasn’t used because it wasn’t warm enough. We enjoyed our vacation but would not rent there again.

Hi Stephen, We are sorry to hear that your stay was anything less than spectacular. We usually only receive 5 star reviews. I wish that you reached out to us at least one time during your stay. We have no messages or missed calls from you. If we would have known, we would have sent a technician to look at any of the issues that you mentioned. You were there for an entire week. Toiletries: We supply enough toiletries to last a few days, but beyond that it is the guests responsibility to get what they need. There are 7 bathrooms in the house which means we left you at least 14 rolls of toilet paper, if not more. Pool Heat: The pool heats up to be very hot. I can see in the history on my phone that the heat was turned off (obviously by mistake) by you guys. If you had notified us, we would have turned it back on immediately from our phone. Spices: Regarding the spices, we do not supply them. Many places might keep the condiments and spices that guests leave behind, however this can be viewed as a major liability. Food items can be tampered with in many ways, and we do not like to allow for that possibility. We do leave an entire bowl full of sealed and individually wrapped snacks and treats for our guests, as well as waters and seltzers in the fridge. It is common practice for guests to buy their own grocery items for their stay. It seems like these were some easy fixes, but you did not reach out to us even once with any of these concerns.
