Next time we're in Nashville we would be delighted to stay here again. The house is super cute and there was plenty of room for the six of us.

Was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable beds. Most things are a quick 10-12 uber/lyft ride away so you get the energy of Nashville and then peace and quiet to recover.

Perfect for a group of friends

This property worked great for our group of 6 friends. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us enough space for privacy and convenience. Loved that we were able to park both cars on the driveway within the gated driveway. Quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and to local fun areas to visit. We would stay here again.

Awesome VRBO home in a great location

Host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Home was clean and as described. The location was in a very good spot close to everything we hoped to do (state parks, downtown, good restaurants and breweries). Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This house is super charming. We went as a group of 5 girls and loved it! Everything was a quick Uber (Broadway, Grand Ole Opry) and the BEST burger place - The Pharmacy - was less than a 2 mile walk which we enjoyed. The beds were comfy and the age of the house spoke to our souls. The house has had upgrades, but never lost its charm. We loved coffee and laughter on the front porch swing. It had a great amount of space offering privacy and bathrooms for all without any delays in plans. The host was responsive and kind in all interactions. Highly recommend this property! You won't regret it!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Loved the sounds of the old wooden creaking floors and homey feeling. Perfect for 3 couples with our own private spaces. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you!

A very pleasant few days - nice area

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of 8 friends. Plenty of space, adequately equipped and easy to get into town via Lyft or Uber. Lots of hot water available for baths and showers. Nice local coffee shop just minutes away and limited local provisions from a small store next door. A good base for a short visit to Nashville.

Great long weekend in Nashville

Excellent place to stay. Great East Nashville neighborhood... lots of great restaurants and bars within a 30 minute walk. Parking is plentiful if you rent a car. Property was clean, incredibly well stocked( coffee, shampoo, body wash,). Property owner was fantastic to work with and quick to respond!

Great little house

Host was quick to respond to questions, used ride sharing to go places, and seemed to be centrally located to where we wanted to go. House fit all our needs and was a great fit. Loved the city and all things to do in Nashville!

We were very happy with the location, comfort, and cleanliness of the home. Sean was very helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. We had one suggestion...maybe a storage box on the deck for the seat cushions. They were all pretty wet on the first morning and didn't dry out until the morning we left. The seats were still comfortable however without the pads.

Girls trip

Accommodations were perfect for 6 adult women. Very spacious with 3 bathrooms so everyone had room to get ready and visit witj out being in each others way. It had everything we needed and is 2 blocks from a lovely coffee shop and neighborhood store.

Stayed for 4 nights for conference at Rocket town. Quick drive into Downtown Nashville and anything else you need. Great restaurants within 5 miles. We needed muiple bathroom and bedrooms for kids and grandparents, so this was perfect. Kids loved having the upper floor to themselves. We would stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood, great yard. We hoped to catch a game on Sunday, but there was no TV. The Roku remote did not control the receiver. New batteries did not help.
