Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time.Our units feature private patios/balconies to enjoy beautiful views from. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

The location was great! Short and nice walk to beach(which was absolutely beautiful) the place was clean until you walked barefoot and your feet turned black(requested a mop and received it quickly) (apparently the cleaners do NOT mop) also the beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Thankfully the showers were clean!

Ok for the Price

I expected more from the photos, but had the men in our group ducking through doorways because it's small. It's also very outdated and the I didn't ever get a response when messaging the day of checkin with a question.

House is not kept up with, floors were dirty, showers were dirty, found Arby’s trash under the bed, dirty pillows stuck in between bed and wall, picture frames behind bed head bed with broken glass, 2nd floor deck rails missing, holes in screen door… Beds were very uncomfortable, overall location not terrible, pool is nice…
