Immaculate, comfortable, fully stocked and pet friendly home (Pet fee of $150.00 per stay) . Large backyard with a 6 ft. privacy fence. Plenty of room for a BBQ, yard games or a game of ball with the family pet. Stream TV and internet. Take a ride to Harpoon Henry’s on the Bay front for live music & the amazing sunsets. Linens, Bath and beach towels ARE provided. If Beer is your thing, you couldn't ask for a better location. The Cape May Brewery is within walking distance, right next door at the Cape May Airport. YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. Rented Sat. to Sat. in July & August. Security Camera in front & back of home.

I love guests like Lisa and her family. Followed all house rules, appreciated the effort we put into our home and treated our home with respect. Finally, my cleaner didn't believe me when I said they had brought their dog (A large dog). She said there was no evidence of the dog.. Maybe I should hire Lisa as a cleaner!! She certainly kept the house clean during her stay. Come back again Lisa!

We stayed here while visiting Cape May for Christmas time. We absolutely loved the property, very conveniently located. Very clean when we arrived, and much more well stocked in the kitchen than most places we have stayed in!

We've never stayed in a vacation home that was so well stocked. Everything from beach chairs to sunscreen to covid tests of you need them. Could have arrived with nothing but clothes and been ready for the week.

Close enough to enjoy Cape May beach but also a great place for the whole family including our dog.

Very nice stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean, fully stocked with everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry room. My dogs enjoyed the back yard. Peggy was an excellent host.

Would definitely stay here again. Short drive to the beach and shops, as well as Wildwood boardwalk. Had everything you could need. The owner was very responsive and informative. Glad we stayed here.

We had such a wonderful stay at the beach! The host was incredibly friendly and even offered us extra time at checkout, which was so thoughtful. The home had everything we needed and more — it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. They were also so kind and accommodating with our pet, which made the trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Cute and cozy

We enjoyed our stay and were so thankful to find a property who considered our dogs and their needs and allowed us to stay. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Our cleaner said if I hadn't told her there were dogs there, she wouldn't have known. I went over and had to agree!! Amazing how you left our home, you definitely are one of our favorite pet guests. The location was nice, but there were a few things that could be improved. The beds were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The toilet paper provided was only one-ply, which was not ideal for a rental stay. Also, there was a lot of sand directly in front of the porch steps, so it was easy to track sand into the house unless you remembered to remove your shoes before entering. Adding a way to rinse off or sweep the sand away from the entrance would help improve the experience for future guests.

Shannon reserved my home for 2 adults and 1 child. She checked in with 1 child and a dog. A dog she did not reserve nor did she pay the Pet Fee. I had VRBO add a Pet Fee, she refused to pay it and checked out still owing me $150.00. That is the reason for this lame review. She is a liar and a thief.

Berky Beach Vacation Fun

Peggy was amazing to work with. Very accommodating with last minute plan changes and making sure we were all taken care of. The house has a lot of amenities which made packing and worrying if you forgot something much easier. We enjoyed our stay here and would go back again.
