Whether you`re seeking relaxation or adventure, our home is a perfect retreat for families, couples or small groups looking to experience all that Lake George and the surrounding areas have to offer!



Welcome to the LOME - our log cabin home that has been fully renovated with modern conveniences for your comfort. You`ll enter into our thoughtfully designed living room with lofted ceilings and beautiful exposed beams - sourced from a family barn over 30 years ago - which seamlessly marries rustic charm with contemporary living. Our open concept living space features an eat in kitchen with an island/barstools, a comfortable couch, smart TV and pellet burning stove, making it the ideal spot for a cozy night in.



Savor your morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the Vermont Green Mountains and unwind by the fire pit or in the hot tub at the end of the day.



Main Floor:

• Fully stocked kitchen with natural stone counter tops and Douglas Fir island, oven, stove, blender, toaster, regular drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee supplies), tea kettle, cookware, serve ware and dinnerware, etc.

• Dining area with hand crafted table with seating for 6

• Living room with 50 inch smart TV, pellet burning stove, cozy couch and comfy recliner.

• Bedroom with king bed with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and access to the back deck

• Full Bathroom with stand up rainfall shower and a double vanity with a make up station

• Laundry space – Washer/dryer with laundry supplies

• Door opening onto the back deck with an outdoor seating area, cafe lights, heat lamp and fire pit.



Upstairs Loft:

• Bedroom with king size bed with a desk perfect for working from home (if you must!)

• Adjacent daybed with two twin beds for additional sleeping spots



Outside:

• Back deck with lounge seating, fire pit, heat lamp and gas grill

• Large, 10 person hot tub

• Separate fire pit area with Adirondack chairs overlooking the Vermont mountains

• Kids play set with swings, slide and tree house



Guests have access to the entire space with the exception of two small owner`s closets.

• Complimentary coffee and coffee supplies



• Linens, bath/hand/wash towels, and start up toiletries are provided



• Parking for 3-4 cars and a boat or snowmobile trailer in the driveway



• We are happy to host additional children, we need them to be included in the guest count to advise about sleeping arrangements



Pet Policy:

We absolutely adore dogs and would love to welcome yours! We must be notified at the time of booking and prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup (1 dog max). There is a $125 pet fee and owners are responsible for all waste pick up and any potential damage. All dogs must be house trained. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.



We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.



We`re happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing.



While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.



Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.



We have a self check-in and check-out process, but our primary home is within walking distance should you need any assistance.



Our LOME is 3 miles from Huletts Landing and the marina/beach. Also within minutes to Black Mountain and some of Lake George’s beautiful public beaches. We are just a short drive to Whitehall and Ticonderoga and 37 miles from Lake George Village.



We have direct access to Northern Washington County TrailBlazers snowmobile trail.



Public transportation and ride share apps are very limited, so personal vehicles are strongly recommended in order to enjoy all the area has to offer.
