We invite you to put your "Heels in the Sand!" Complete luxury renovation in 2022. 3br/2.5ba 2900 sq ft home in Shipyard. Close to golf, Coligny, Celebration Park, short bike or drive to the beach, in a quiet gated community setting.
Heels in the Sand has been completely updated for the perfect beach and golf getaway. Located just a short walk from the Shipyard Golf Club. Bike trails throughout the community and to the beach are just across the street.
Newly constructed private pool and putting green!! Ask about fees for optional pool heat. The expansive kitchen boasts quartz countertops, new appliances, and fully stocked for all meals. The large dining table seats 8, with additional island seating.
The sunroom off the breakfast room is perfect for morning coffee, or set up with a queen sleeper sofa for overflow guests.
The oversized living room has plenty of comfortable seating, side table for games, a small library for the perfect beach read, and a 65" smart tv.
The primary suite is furnished with a king bed, walk in closet, and 65" smart tv. New luxury bathroom with large soaking tub, double shower heads, sprayer, and ceiling speaker is the perfect way to relax after a day at the beach or golf course.
Two other bedrooms complete the sleeping space in the home with a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity in between. One is a queen bedroom. The other bedroom includes two twin over full bunk beds, which is perfect for the younger group. Each room has its own smart tv.
The laundry room off the kitchen has full size washer, dryer, and additional refrigerator for overflow/beach beverages.
Shipyard is a resort community at the South end of Hilton Head Island. This 800+ acre gated neighborhood boasts a 27 hole championship golf course and Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club, one of the top 50 tennis resorts in the country.
Parking notes- Guests will receive up to 2 parking passes. Guests must park in the driveway- the garage is not for guest access, and street parking is not permitted.
