Recently renovated with stylish vinyl plank flooring throughout, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds, a closet, and an attached bath with its own tub/shower combo. While impacts are anticipated to be minimal, guests should expect some sort of noise level. The extent to which, the property has been unable to verify but work will only occur during business hours. This units floor will be reached in the month of June specifically, schedule permitting.

* Parking passes are valid for 7 days from date of check in for short term stays, and 30 days for monthly. Any additional lengths of stay require additional guest registration.

*Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).
