For some natural adventure, this house includes three kayaks to explore the abundant waterways surrounding Port Aransas, or grab the guest-use beach chairs and head to the sand! For a pleasant cool down, be sure to take a three-minute walk to the resort-style community pool. Little ones can splash around on the sun shelf while big kids have a cannonball competition. There are plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy around the pool deck.

Seeing the natural areas of Port Aransas is a must-do. Charlie’s Pasture south hiking trail entrance is less than a mile away. This trail/boardwalk (visible from the back porch) meanders 1.3 miles through the wetlands ending at the nationally famous Leonabelle Birding Center. Raised walkways and pavilions on stilts provide wonderful wildlife viewing. See if you can spot Boots, the 14’ alligator that has been resident below the main pavilion for decades. He is a crowd favorite!
