This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Deer Dewdrop Inn is a stunning, newly remodeled cabin that was designed and furnished with the travelers comfort in mind. Not only is the cabin itself just like new but all of the furnishings and appliances are too! Large enough to sleep 9 comfortably, the cabin was designed with families in mind. The King Master is upstairs with it's own full bath and a 50" TV. The "Sasquatch Room" is just adorable and has 2 twin bunks and a 46" TV, providing 4 kids their own private adventure they will relish. The "3 Bears Room" offers a Queen, a Full and a Twin bed for adults and/or kids alike and it also has a 46" TV. The Terrace Level has a Queen Bedroom with a Full Bath and a great kitchenette for a late night snack or a place to enjoy that 1st cup of morning coffee before the kids start stirring. The cabin offers 2 areas for entertaining which includes a Pool Table, Poker Table, Arcade Machine and a 55" TV.

A Brand new hot tub located on the deck provides the perfect means to relax after a morning or afternoon hike or the ultimate space to unwind before a great nights sleep.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) wash cloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat & air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable, satellite, streaming TV, internet, telephone for local calls.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND WE HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days. Exception - for reservations that are last minute and are already within a week of arrival. You may need to check your spam folder. If you can't locate the email, please reach out to us.
