ARN109 - New private pool! Come experience everything the shore has to offer. This home is 1-1/2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk action, has water views of the lake, close to the train station & close to shops/restaurants. This raised home offers 5 bedrooms & 3 full baths. The enclosed front porch allows views of the lake & an ocean breeze. The 1st floor of the home has wood floors, 2 bdrms including a bedroom suite, living room, huge enclosed porch, another full bath & spacious eat in kitchen. Upstairs is 3 bdrms & a full bath. The home also has an instant hot water heater which means you never run out of hot water! Out back is a huge trex deck, outside shower, and large yard. The underside of this raised home offers ample storage for bikes and beach gear. There are beach chairs for guest use at the house, saltwater pool with 4 lounge chairs & patio table seats 8 guests.
The long driveway offers plenty of parking. New private in-ground swimming pool and all the boxes are checked at this great property!
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Owners are severely allergic, should any unauthorized pet enter the property, Guest shall be charged $1000 to cover professional remediation.
Owner provides Comforters and Pillows. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels (bath & beach).
Required $200 Sanitizing Fee
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
