Wonderful house in a wonderful location

At night you can hear the waves and frogs in the lake. Very relaxing.

FABULOUS!

My best friends came all the way from New Mexico and we all wanted to take a break from our jobs and lives. This house felt like a home to us. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back again next year!!! Thank you!!!

Great family vacation!

We had a fantastic vacation! The property was perfectly sized for two families with kids aged 3-15. The kids loved the double-sized bunk beds with the twin pullout and a TV in every room. The amenities were plentiful from the indoor basketball game, ping pong table and foosball table. The property was clean and looks like it was recently renovated with new furniture. We especially liked the wide open floor space between the kitchen and family area. It was conveniently located near the beach where the big kids were able to rent ATVs, although I caution leaving little kids unattended as people are allowed to drive their personal cars onto the beach. The property also offered beach necessities such as beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, and bags. Beach Bum, the property management group, were friendly and prompt. Overall, if felt like home away from home and we look forward to future visits.

Weekend Getaway with the Family

The property suited our group really well. We loved the house and how close it was to the ocean. Everyone had enough space and we could hangout and be together as well as sneak away to take a cat nap. I'm not convinced the other bedrooms had Queen sized beds as advertised they seemed more like Full sized. I also did not like the fact that I had to pick up a key to the property at the office. It would have been a nice feature if the property had a keypad instead. However, all things considered we enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Beach dream

Completely remodeled, clean and bright! Had 3 families. Nice buffer between the house and beach for some privacy (closer than a block). Bummer that there’s not a keyless entry. For this trip it required us to track back due to our schedule to drop the keys back off at the office. The 3rd room is def not a queen, so beware on that. Bunks were roomy enough for 4 teen girls to share. Every amenity needed (no body wash, only shampoo). The microwave was not working, nor would the patio heater turn on. And know that it backs up to a marsh which means mosquitoes galore. I’d still stay again!
