A solo una cuadra y media de la playa, en el corazón de la ciudad podrá disfrutar de espectaculares vistas del océano y la colina, y las luces de la ciudad exclusivamente suyas de este 3 dormitorios / 3. 5 baños. El segundo nivel ofrece sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, comedor formal, un medio baño conveniente, cocina gourmet, y se abre al balcón con barbacoa para llevar el exterior. El segundo nivel del sofá de la sala se abre a una cama tamaño queen, lo que permite que esta casa duerma a 8 personas. En el siguiente nivel, el dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite, vestidor y "TV". El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama queen. Este piso tiene un segundo baño completo y lavadora / secadora. En la parte superior, encontrarás asientos para cenar para disfrutar de las vistas del océano.

Best place to stay in Pismo

Great place to stay. You have everything their and pretty reasonably priced for seven of us. It was me, my husband, three of our sons and two of their girlfriends. in total there was 7 of us. Very roomy and spacious for all of us. I guess the only problem me and my husband had was that the master bedroom and bath were on the third floor and the stairs were vary hard on us.

Thanksgiving get away

We usually stay home at Thanksgiving and cook our traditional Turkey, ham and all the yummy side dishes. This year we decided to switch it up and we are so happy we did. Our two adult children, their spouses and our 2 year old grandson and 3 month granddaughter all joined us. We had a great time all being together.

Awesome place

Everything you need is walking distance. The property is kids friendly. They have the little wagon for us to take it to the beach and all the beach necessity. We had a great time. Will definitely use it again.

Great with a few exceptions - gas

Great place and layout for our needs. Clean and ready for us. Unfortunately their was a broken bathroom toilet paper role holder that needed to be fixed that we didn’t want to be responsible for. Oddly the cleaning service left a note. It was fixed quickly by the handy man. Very nice, service oriented guy. I told the handyman that we smelled gas on the patio by the BBQ and he assessed the situation and agreed. Thankfully there was a shutoff valve for the gas line. The handyman also agreed it was a dangerous situation and fixture that need to be fixed before using the BBQ. Unfortunately the gas line was never repaired during our visit even though the handy man came back again for another issue. So we did not have use of BBQ during our stay. The handyman mentioned we might get a small credit for this inconvenience but this was not offered by the management company. Upon check out I reminded the management company about the gas line issue verbally and in writing. Lastly, we lost power on the 3rd floor of the home and could not find the cause or get the circuit breaker to return to it’s on position. The handyman once again came to fix it and got the breaker to stay on... but the cause was not investigated and remains a mystery. We would return and recommend the location and management company.

Great Location and very convenient.

Great location. The freeway can be loud at times but not bad. Great rooftop view for coffee in the morning and watching the sunset. Walking distance to everything.

Home is beautiful but we won’t use this agency again

Right off the bat the agency was short with us. We asked about beach toys because we were coming from AZ and didn’t want to bring chairs/toys if we didn’t need to, but they couldn’t tell us what the house had. None of the pictures or descriptions referred to any beach toys so we had to ask. They told us they couldn’t give us any details... that’s just unacceptable for a “beach house”. The house is gorgeous just like the others on the same block but take your own pots and pans, they haven’t been cleaned or replaced in years. We found 1 pan with looked to be old egg build up on it, another looked like over cooked pasta. All pots/pans need replaced within the house. Our son has celiac so clean cooking supplies is VERY important to us. We typically bring small plates/untenable just in case but didn’t need them done everything else was beautiful. Just had to run to Costco to buy our own pans. These were 2 main items that set us off for next time. Oh yeah, the house does have some toys but we didn’t even use them since we had brought our own from AZ...

Great home in perfect location!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was a block and a half to the beach and we were right in the heart of town where everything was walking distance.

Perfect location!

This house is great for a larger family, short walk to beach and to all the spots in Pismo. Roof top deck was great for coffee in the morning an dinner in the evening. Everything is new, the house, appliances, furniture, and TV's. Two car garage so your vehicles are safe and sound when you walk around town. We loved this house and it's location definitely looking to make this an annual place to stay.

One Happy Family

I got the siblings together for an after Xmas get together. It was a perfect location. Nice area. Everything close to the downtown and the beach is within walking distance. The place was clean and very nice. It had everything we needed and everything was in working order. My family was very impressed with the décor and just the overall condition of the place. It seemed to be extremely quiet too except for the bottom bedroom. You could hear a little road noise. We will probably use this place again and again.

What a great place to stay in Pismo! Absolutely loved it.

Wonderfully clean, a mere 2 blocks from the ocean,. We used this as a multi-generational vacation and it was just perfect. From age 16 to 80, the 7 of us had a wonderful time and plan to rent it again in the spring.
