Guest Access:
➤ All building amenities like pools, hot tub, gym, game room, and kids' playground are open and available to guests. Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6 pm.
➤ We provide 12 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.
➤ Please note that although that the front desk can provide a parking spot. The parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Located in the vibrant heart of Brickell, this condo puts you right in the middle of Miami's financial district. Surrounded by sleek high-rises, trendy restaurants, and upscale shopping, Brickell offers a mix of city energy and waterfront tranquility. Just steps away, you'll find Brickell City Centre for luxury shopping, while the nearby bayfront parks provide peaceful spots to relax.
The area boasts a lively nightlife scene with rooftop bars and fine dining. The location also gives you easy access to cultural hotspots like the Pérez Art Museum and Adrienne Arsht Center.
Getting Around:
By Foot: Many of Brickell’s top spots, like Brickell City Centre and local cafes, are within walking distance.
Public Transit: The Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations are just a short walk away, connecting you to downtown Miami and beyond.
Rideshares: Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick and easy transport.
Scooters/Bikes: You’ll find rentable e-scooters and bikes around the neighborhood for a fun, eco-friendly way to explore.
Driving: With easy access to I-95, you're just a short drive to Miami Beach, Wynwood, and other attractions.
Other Things to Note:
➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.
➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.
➤ Please note that for one night stays there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays we cover this charge so it is complimentary for you.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name and ID of the primary traveler, full names of the addtl guests and that the guests will follow the building rules
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
