The house is located in the gated marina resort community of Orchid Bay Marina, located on Great Guana Cay in the Abacos. There are 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with beds to sleep 12 people. Four of the bedrooms have a king size bed, which is unique as most Bahamas vacation homes only have full or queen size beds. Even if just for a few days of vacation, rent this house and experience "The Good Life" of the many celebrities that live and vacation on Guana Cay (Tom Brady, Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz, Pitbull, etc..), in this beautiful relaxed and sophisticated coastal style home, that will bring out your laid back side where, you can come and unwind and recharge your battery. Enjoy the 180 degree wide views (both sunrises and sunsets) on the Sea of Abaco from multiple decks and porches. Dock your large yacht or boats (up to 60 feet in length) with good deep water access, freshwater and 50 amp hookup on the dock. The dock has a custom fish cleaning table with fresh water hose to fillet your catch of Mahi & Tuna. We also provide a dock cart to make it easy to haul your coolers and gear from the boat back to the house. Snorkel off the dock to the rock reef just 100 feet away and catch your lobsters for dinner, or fish off the end of the dock for snapper and grouper. Read a book and relax by the resort style infinity edge freshwater pool, or play a backyard game of Cornhole (we supply the board & bags). The sunset views from the house and porches are spectacular, and keep an eye out for the turtles and porpoises swimming by the dock. The interior of the house is beautifully appointed with elevated interior designer furnishings and an upscale coastal decor theme. The kitchen is luxurious with basket pendant light light fixtures and white quartz solid surface counter tops. Ride a golf cart or take a short walk over to the world famous Guana beaches, or head into town to party at the famous Nippers Beach Bar, have cocktails with friends at Kidds Cove Bar, or get some conch fritters at Grabbers Bar for sunset views (you might end up sitting on a bar stool next to someone famous). This house is just a kayak paddle away from the Scotland Cay sandbar, if you like to anchor up and have a Bahamian sandbar party. We supply 4 paddle boards so you can get some morning exercise over the gin clear waters of the Sea of Abaco. If you want a break from the beach or the boat, then grab the 4 pickleball paddles or tennis racquets we supply, and play a game on the Orchid Bay Pickle ball courts. Hopetown, Elbow Cay, Man O' War, and Green Turtle are all sister Cays that are a short boat ride away. This house is centrally located in the middle of the Abacos, so it makes a great jumping off home base for day trips and island hopping around the Abaco islands. Use of the boat lift is only available for an extra fee.
