Please NOTE: There is no access to the main house's backyard. This is for the guest house ONLY. There will be people staying in the main house but they have completely different entrance and access.

Please remember this is a HOME, NOT a hotel or party house!! We have to keep the noise level down anywhere and all the time. Please Treat this home and our neighbors with respect!!

OUR HOME IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED🚫

- LARGE GATHERINGS ❌ ( 7 People MAX, including visitors | 3 Cars MAX )
- SMOKING OF ANY KINDS, ESPECIALLY MARIJUANA ❌
Or Police officer will be called and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

Please also keep in mind that we have the ZERO tolerance Policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests are allowed at any time.
