The house is located: less than 25 minutes from Sunday River, 7 minutes to Black Mountain, 30 minutes to picturesque Bethel Village, and 3 minutes to Rumford Falls. Also within 20 minutes in every direction are swimming holes, waterfalls, hiking trails, farms, and gorgeous mountain views.

Fantastic place to stay

My friends and I have been doing ski/snowmobile trips for 30 years and always looking for new places to stay. This house was great. Plenty of room, clean and within a few minutes drive of food and fun.

An amazing weekend stay!

The host was super responsive through text. We stayed for a ski weekend at Black Mountain and we were so happy with the accommodations. The house was so clean! It had everything we needed. Thank you! We would love to stay here again.

Family Fun

The property comfortably fit our three families (10 ppl). It is exactly as pictured and really does have everything you need to have a great stay. Everyone enjoyed the game room (ages 7-50) the large dining room and all the small touches like coffee and tea stocked in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Check in and check out were seamless and the A/c units in the bedrooms were clutch in the unseasonably hot and humid weather. I would definitley recommend this rental.
