The Neighborhood:
Vacationing over Taco Tuesday? Look no further. My favorite description of the neighborhood is from an AZFamily article:

"There are no tourist trappings on 16th Street. No white-washed buildings or green lawns. In fact, 16th Street is a color wheel: Unabashedly bold and bawdy, moody and raw, and oddly comforting all at the same time."

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are around $10 for a ride to Downtown. Aside from Lyft and Uber, A rental car is simplest for getting around Phoenix. However, there is a bus stop less than half a mile away.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

We provide a lockbox for self check in and you'll have the entire space to yourselves but we're nearby if you need anything.
