Romantic Hills View w/ hot tub

Indulge in a delightful stay in the picturesque neighborhood of Rose Hills! This spacious home offers a prime location, close to Disneyland, Downtown LA, Hollywood, scenic hiking trails, stunning beaches, vibrant Uptown Whittier, famous In-N-Out, delicious Porto’s Bakery, and more! Enjoy the best of Southern California from the comfort of this centrally located home.

The home is furnished with 1 king-size memory foam bed & 3 queen-size beds. The optimal number of guests is 6-8 people. But we can definitely fit 10 people if you're willing to sleep on an air mattress. The kitchen includes silverware, pots, pans, cups & plates.

The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! There is a newly installed jacuzzi that seats 7 people overlooking the hill. In addition, there is a fire pit to keep you warm outside. You'll also have access to essential items such as an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen, and more.

Beautiful

Our stay was amazing. Love the backyard and scenery. The hot tub was fun and my friends got to enjoy the basketball court. I set up a birthday surprise to my partner decorating the place and my friends enjoyed their stay. I absolutely recommend this place!

Great property, all advertised accommodations were available. Peaceful if you can appreciate animal sounds. Nearby railroad can cause commute complications

Beautiful house and property

We had a great stay at this house for 5 of us. The yard was beautiful as well as the house. If you don’t like the sounds of multiple animals, you may need to bring ear plugs!

Spacious, clean and well equipped at an excellent location

House is located in a very nice and quiet location less than 5 minutes from the freeway. It is very spacious, was very clean and it was the perfect stay for our out-of-state family.

We traveled from Az to California and choseWhitter for the stay found this location close to my daughter hone.My son his wife and 2 of my grandsons joined us and of course our pets ,great house plenty of room quiet we give it a 10and would stay again

Great place to stay!

Great place for our family get together. Very spacious backyard and perfect setting for evening meals or relaxing outside. Inside is very spacious as well. Host was phenomenal in communication and setting things up for us. We will definitely come back when we need to place to stay in the SoCal area.

Good stay!

House was clean and had nice Mountain View’s would definitely stay here again, very spacious house with a nice big back yard. The only thing we didn’t care for was the barking dogs next door in the morning and at night but overall had a good experience.

A nice little oasis

The property did not disappoint. This home made you feel welcome the moment you walked in with a greetings specific to you. It was clean and well taken care of and met what we needed and then some. The backyard area was very big, which our kids loved to play at. Gave them room to run off extra energy. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was great with communication .

Family stay

Great for a family stay. Everything was clean and easy. Backyard was great for kids. We had a funeral and had family stay there and it felt like home away from home. I would just recommend a book with instructions be available with FAQs and an ironing board but other than that the place was perfect!

Good for groups!

Great communication from the host. The house and yard were both spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. A bit of drive to tourist attractions but nothing was too far, and the neighborhood was right off the highway and convenient to grocery stores, fast food, etc. Would recommend!

Exactly as stated

The 8 of us had a marvelous time. The house was very clean, exactly as described. Lots of space to spread out, shot some hoops, and stayed out in the back area in what felt like total privacy. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family gathering for Thanksgiving!

The property was great for our family gathering! Nights cold, struggled to have enough warm blankets. Masterbedroom not enough lights, very dark. Light by bed would be very helpful. We kept noise down, as requested, by 9:30 pm were inside. The neighborhood was still partying after 12:00am, loud music! All in all, would stay there again.

Jiu-Jitsu Tournament

Thank you for the excellent accommodation! We were in town for the jiu-jitsu world tournaments - the house was clean and in a great neighborhood. We appreciate the many amenities provided, including the custom welcome note! 10/10 would recommend it. Keep up the great work :)

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Came out for a car show. Stayed for 5 nights. Felt comfortable with classic cars and trailer in driveway. Backyard was also very beautiful and relaxing. Did not take advantage of the hot tub because we were always going. House was also stocked up with accommodations. This house felt very homey. I enjoyed my stay.

Central location

The house is better in person with a beautiful well kept big yard. The location was perfect. About 30 minutes in each direction (depending on time of day and traffic) for the places we wanted to go, Santa Monica Pier and Universal Studios. As with most vacations we weren't there much. We really wanted to use the jacuzzi but didn't have time. The kids did use the basketball area a few times and loved it. Overall, it was a great spring break stay. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond.

Wonderful property with plenty of options for fun and entertainment!

We are from Montana had my mother’s memorial in CA to be with her whole family. The property was a great fit for my husband and I, my father our 3 grown children and two of their significant others. The hot tub, basketball court and outdoor patio with bbq were the perfect options for us to relax and enjoy our time after long days of adventures and celebrating my mother. There were a few “quirks” that we were able to work around - the smaller bathroom didn’t seem to get much hot water or water pressure, and the air mattress liked to deflate a little over the night (however my husband is 6’5” and 240lbs so that is a bit more that what most air mattresses can handle anyway). The host was very quick to respond to all messages when I sent them (this was our very first time staying at a VRBO so I was nervous but they made it sooo easy!) I did not want to bother to mention these “quirks” as they did not hinder our ability to shower or sleep during our stay. The quiet neighborhood was peaceful to come back to after long days of excursions and celebrations, it was also easy access to grocery, morning coffee runs and all the routes to get us to our destinations during our stay. All in all I would highly recommend this location as well as be happy to stay again! Thank you for a wonderful first experience and a great places for our memories of my mom to continue.
