After a day of desert adventures, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release or post your best saguaro selfies on social media with the free WiFi. Toss the day’s clothes in the convenient washer/dryer, then head over to the community pool or hot tub for an evening swim or soak. The shared grilling area helps keep dinner prep simple, or you can head over to a local restaurant, just a few miles away, and let someone else do the cooking for you. The night ends in either well-appointed bedroom. The primary bedroom has a new (June 2023), adjustable king size mattress. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
