The Space:

The house features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful and restful night's sleep. With four well-equipped bathrooms, there will be no shortage of convenience and privacy during your stay.

Parking: There is street parking and driveway parking (space for two to three vehicles). But no parking in the backyard (inside the fence) and no parking in the garage.

Phoenix Mountain Preserve is close to/within walking distance to the trails. If you're in the mood for shopping, the vintage shops in the area are a treasure trove of unique finds. Additionally, the property is conveniently close to both Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix, where you can explore a vibrant culinary scene, cultural attractions, and exciting nightlife.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM SET UP:
BEDROOM 1: King bed with private bathroom (sleeps 2 guests)
BEDROOM 2: King bed with private bathroom (sleeps 2 guests)
BEDROOM 3: Back bedroom king bed bathroom With shower (sleeps 2 guests)
BEDROOM 4: Three full-sized bed (sleeps 6 guests)
BEDROOM 5: King-sized bed (sleeps 2 guests)
Additional sleeping space is the living room sofa that can fit 2 persons (sleeps 2 guests)
There is a roll-away cot found in the master bedroom closet which can be used as an extra bed can sleep 1 guest. Please note the 1 full bed is the roll away bed.

Note: The security camera system is at the house for your own safety and for insurance liability reasons. There are 2 cameras on the property, one ring doorbell at the front door and one ring doorbell in the backyard. The cameras do not record videos but take pictures when movement is detected.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool and do not touch the pool equipment. Doing so will result in a $500 fine for damages

If you want the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, it will be an extra $50 per night booked. Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine.
This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

We love your furry friends but it’s case by case and there is a non-refundable fee of $150 for small dogs 20 pounds and below and a $250 pet fee for 20 pounds above per pet. This will need to be collected prior to your stay. Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. We only allow small dogs, no cats.

VAL VISTA LAKES CLUBHOUSE ACCESS: If you would like to access the clubhouse, a registration form must be completed in advance. We will need the names of all guests in your group. Additionally, there is a $125 fee, which is separate from your booking payment. This fee must be paid upon arrival at the clubhouse. Please note that only checks and money orders are accepted at this time—credit cards and cash are not currently an option. Access to the clubhouse is not guaranteed year-round.

No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.
No lifeguards will be on duty.


Owners are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

IMPORTANT: Please note yard/landscaping management occurs once a month and pool maintenance once per week. Days/times fluctuate. We apologize for any inconvenience these distrubances may cause… but keeping the home beautiful for you and future guests is our top priority.

Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER:
1. Pools and/or spas pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability, paralysis, and even death.
2. These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool and/or spa by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool and/or spa is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or spa. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SPA.
3. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold harmless HomeSlice Management and Owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims, or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and spa.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy Stay: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!

Use of Sauna DISCLAIMER

1. Use the sauna at your own risk. The owner and management company assume no liability for failure to comply with recommended guidelines.
2. Use by children under 18 years of age is prohibited.
3. Maximum recommended exposure time is 30 minutes. Excessive exposure may be harmful to your health.
4. Pregnant women, elderly, or persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or under medical care should not use the sauna.
5. Do not use sauna while under the influence of alcohol, medications, or other drugs.
6. Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or
sleepy.
7. Turn the light off upon exiting sauna.
8. DO NOT PUT WATER ON THE HEATING
ELEMENT!
