This fully remodeled specious 2 bed 2 bath apartment located in Delray area, 5 min drive to Atlantic Ave and the beach.
Beautiful kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, relaxing living room features 65" Smart TV. Master bedroom features king bed. Second bedroom has full bunk beds and a twin daybed. Bathtub, and shower, big vanity perfect for getting ready to go out.
Relax in private back yard with gas grill and patio furniture. You also have your own Washer and Dryer.
Dogs are welcome!

The unit was very spacious, bright and open. However, there were ants crawling all over the kitchen counter. (I have a video, but there is no place to post it.) We let the host know and she did send over pest control. While the unit says it sleeps six, be prepared to pay extra if you have more than three people, which is outlined in the small print. Also be prepared to supply your own laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. Shameful.

Yes the property was Dog friendly and the kitchen has enough to cook. We had a small incident but the host was QUICK to respond and assist. She ALSO stopped by to make sure we were satisfied and happy with everything. Very personable and nice. We would stay here again!t

Beautiful apartment! This is the first place we’ve stayed where the host provides linens and towels and then doesn’t require that we launder them. It almost felt like a hotel! Thanks!

The property was clean & everything worked fine in the unit with the following exceptions:1.) The smoke alarm wires were in the ceiling but the unit was missing.2.) There was a large hole in the hall closet exposing the attic where bugs, creatures could enter.3.) The water pressure in the master bath sink was terrible. Very, very, little pressure.

Easy, no-frills, comfortable place to stay

We were in town for a wedding and this was an easy, comfortable spot to mostly just sleep. The guest book says you are .25 miles from downtown, and maybe that is from the sign, but it's probably closer to 1.5 miles to get to the shopping/restaurants. Our group walked to the French Cafe for breakfast twice and took advantage of the Freebees for ridesharing when it was available. We enjoyed having the Smart TV one night to log in and watch a movie. Beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the extra beach towel and mats in the closet as we didnt have room to pack those. Plan to buy your own coffee for the machine but they do have filters. We only had 3 coffee mugs so we shared for the time we had a 4th person. We also shared a bathroom trash can. The outdoor patio isnt a spot I would hang out and relax, could use a little TLC. Overall, we didn't spent a lot of time out of the house and just used it to rest at night, and it was perfect for that!

Hacienda Stay

We have stayed at this place 3 times. This last time was not the best. When we got there the place was very warm. Someone came out that evening and said that it was set in Celsius and that was the reason. Next day still not working, they sent Air Conditioning people and they added the freon and from then on it worked perfectly. The place was not as clean as expected like our previous visit. Bathroom shower and tub area need a good cleaning. Also behind bathroom door was very dirty. Then I went to wask some clothes and the washer had a vey bad smell. I decided to do a wash without clothes to clean it. The washer leaked water out of the door. They sent someone out to clean it up. Needless to say I never did any wash...Then if you wanted more towels they charged you 5 due to laundry cost. There is a washer and dryer there, what can that cost??? Kitchen is not very well equipped. We will not be going back to this place even after having 2 good stays there. And there was only one wash cloth for 3 of us...

Nice but dirty restrooms

The place was overall clean except for the restrooms. The walls in both showers have black mold. We had to clean the guest bathtub and the walls in the bath area since we have an infant. The washer was really dirty. I threw up (literally) when I opened it due to the strong odor. We had to fly back home with dirty clothes. This was disappointing because one of the main reasons we got this place was for the washer and dryer. Everything else was as advertised. Place is well located and spacious.

Located in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance of the beach and Atlantic Avenue.Very nice and comfortable apartment. It probably fills up fast!

Nice property but was not clean.

Nice location and quiet. The floors were disgustingly dirty everywhere. There was hair particularly on the bathroom floors, hair and grime stuck all around the toilet and grime in the tub. We expressed concerns to the host about lack of hand towels, washcloths, and dish towels which they did have delivered quite promptly (except no hand towels). We advised of the filthy dirty floors at the same time as well as the BBQ was not clean at all (old, greasy food still on the grate) and she said she would "let the cleaning crew know" so we presumed they would come and rectify the situation. They did not come so we had to live with the grossness for our entire 5 day stay, and not able to use the BBQ. Not impressed with the lack of rectifying or fixing the issues. Beds are just okay, cheap pillows.

Delray Stay

The place overall was fine and the communication was great. My only real problem was with the cleanliness of the place. We got in late the first night and when we were able to sit in the living room I noticed something sticky had been spilled on the floor and all over a leather chaise. I had brought some cleaning stuff and took care of it and notified the contact the next morning. They said I should have called earlier but that wasn’t possible. There were other things like dirty dishes and silverware back in the cabinets and we just felt overall that the place was not very clean.

Good layout but strong mildew smell.

Good layout and close to a lot of amenities. However, the window AC units reeked of mildew/mold smell and gave us all allergies. They were also very noisy and made it hard to sleep. Would recommend the unit to be treated for mold/mildew and replace all window units.

Good location

very nice for the price. furniture could be updated, not that comfortable. TV takes some learning to figure out. communication with Laura was good. would definitely recommend this place.
