Great stay at the Groves

The location is unbeatable, the property grounds are well-kept and communication with the property manager was great. It was our second time here and we’ll be back!

Nice Place Great Location

Property was well kept and the unit tastefully furnished. Added amenities beach towels, chairs and cabana excess a bonus. Ideal location for walking everywhere. We were group of 4 adults and unit was spacious enough for the week. Recommend this unit and will definitely rent again.

Perfect location near food, shopping & beach

The most beautiful beach 2 blocks away- perfectly clear water and clean! Easy walk to food and coffee. Fun surf shops nearby, too. Condo is cute, comfy bed and pillow. Our daughter stated 1 night and enjoyed the 2nd bedroom as well.

Coconut Grove

We have stayed in different units in Coconut Grove and this one was by far the nicest! It is within walking distance to everything. The beach pass is a definite bonus, less items you have to lug down to the beach. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. Diane was super helpful with everything! Will stay here again!

We had an excellent Memorial Day weekend trip. Very very clean.. Well stocked kitchen (if you feel like cooking) and very comfortable beds!! Very clean linens and nice fluffy white towels. Walk to everything. Beach(very close). Restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back. And, the beach passes where very much enjoyed!!

Quiet stay

Liked the place. Perfect for 2 people. The shower is tight. But very clean. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it is a very comfortable place. We were there in November so the season hadn’t quite started yet. The traffic was manageable and the Delray free Gitney buses were the perfect answer to a night out on Atlantic Ave.

Diane was great to deal with. Made it very easy. The only complaint was that the shower in the master bedroom constantly made a loud dripping noise. Other than that it was exactly what we were looking for

Location, location, location

We've stayed at this complex before and love the proximity to the beach and Atlantic Ave. If you are traveling with kid's, it's a good option to have 2 bed/2bath. Just know the primary has a bath with no door. The kitchen is updated nicely and suited our needs to make our coffee and breakfast in the morning. The back door leads to the grill patio, if you'd like to cook outside. We appreciated the beach pass for 1 set up. The pool needs a little updating and is in the parking lot. Overall, this is a quaint little complex, nicely landscaped and close to everything.

Great place to stay!

Unit is super clean thanks to Jackie, whom we actually met upon check-in. Kitchen and master bath have recently been remodeled, so everything is new and fresh. The location could not be better, as it’s a block from the beach and within walking distance of the main drag and all the eateries and shops, an added bonus is use of the chairs umbrella at the beach. I was surprised to see that although the bathroom connected to the master bedroom around the corner, there actually isn’t a door, which some people might prefer to know ahead of time. We had a phenomenal stay and were so happy to see the place provided everything we needed and was so clean! Looking forward to staying again !

Comfortable stay, minor hiccups with an old property. AC was not great, no basics - paper towels, sponges, no spices except salt. Stayed one week with my dog waiting to occupy my new home. Proximity to the beach was incredible, great location. Very well maintained property, beautiful landscape, gas grill and patio table right outside. Pool was clean with lounges and umbrellas. Property manager was available as needed. A good home away from home.

Best part was the location.

This was an adorable beach apt condo that was very pretty inside and nicely decorated. It was comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen was smaller than I expected but had what I needed and managed to cook. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. The electric stove was smaller than standard but served its purpose. The fridge was a nice size but bring a bag of ice. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. The pool was adequate and conveniently located on the site and the grounds were well manicured and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. My daughter of 20 years old, loved it and plans to return with her friends.

Delray in May

The Grove Condo is at a perfect location. Walk to the beach and some really good restaurants, Boston's at the Beach, Sand Bar, Great NY Pizza place right down the street and to get further down Atlantic Avenue there are free ride companies that will drop you off and pick you up. Happy Hour Monday-Friday at just about every good eats place on Atlantic with some 1/2 price deals on delicious seafood. If you are looking for a church on Sunday try the Avenue Church at the high school on Atlantic also for a very nice contemporary service with young and old alike. The condo kitchen has everything you need to cook, grill right out the back door, beautiful and very clean pool, easy parking for you and guest parking also. Rooms were spacious and the place had everything you need for a good time at the beach. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Delray Beach.

Best place to stay

The location of property was everything.. the beach was spectacular… the place itself was okay although definitely in need of an upgrade. The property manager Diane was great whatever we needed she was on top of it..

Like to play golf? There are several world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. Tennis tournaments 1/2 mile away. Garlic Fest every year. Delray Affair in April. Our 4th of July celebration is amazing! Delray is amazing!
