Rent an entire duplex for your group to stay in! Located 2 blocks from the beach & a short drive to top-rated restaurants, NFL Jaguar stadium, golf courses, and more. Perfect for multiple family travel. This listing is to reserve an entire duplex made up of 2 townhomes with separate entries. NOTE-the townhomes are NOT connected (no common space.) Each townhome is a mirror image of the other with 3 bedrooms each, sleeping up to 16 people. Off-street parking for up to 6 cars (2 one car garages.)

When you walk into each townhome home, you enter on the ground floor, and you will find a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom, as well as garage access where you will find outdoor enjoyment amenities including beach supplies and a grill. Once you climb the stairs, you will find a full kitchen, dining table with seating for 8, half bathroom, living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, and large smart TV where you can stream any of your personal subscriptions. Climb another set of stairs to the third floor where you will find a queen bedroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Hi-efficiency washer and dryer is found on the 3rd floor.

You will be provided a key code for the smart remote door lock.

• have at least one positive review from a previous VRBO stay or a fully refundable damage deposit may be requested

We are a pet friendly home for up to 1 pet. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
