Great Stay

Place was clean and well stocked central to most activities the only thing that would have made it better is if it would’ve had a resident parking pass to use for parking close to the river. Overall it was a Great place to stay!

Perfect location

New Braunfels delight

The home was clean, well appointed, roomy and comfortable, and convenient. We were golfing in the area and enjoyed the convenience to our places for play and so close to the entertainment area around the GristMill. We will stay again.

Spent weekend at a 7 on 7 football game. The home was a welcome site in the evening. Clean house, great beds, tv, and many extras. Would stay here again if in New Braunfels again.

Beautiful Place

This property was clean and comfy. Host was awesome & great location, near everything. The only item I would add is ceiling fans in every bedroom and too many air fresheners. Beautiful property! Love how everything was arranged, furniture and back porch! We seen deer everywhere in back pasture. I would stay again!

The property was just as advertised and the items for use to make your stay like home were far more than other properties we have used. If you needed it it was there. Lots of room for the 6 of us, they've even added a baby bed for families. Air kept us cool but bedroom ceiling fans would have been a bonus. Will stay here again

Perfect vacation rental

This place was the perfect home away from home. Complete with everything we needed for our stay plus some extras like the games and the toilietries. It was very clean and everything was brand new. The check in process was super easy and there was enough room for all of us. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the neighborhood was because the neighbor kept our instacart delivery and didnt give it back.

Amazing Host and Home

We loved our stay - the pictures and description so not do this home justice. Home is located in a relatively newer neighborhood filled with other families. The space for our family well and we loved the backyard and games (air hockey, corn hole and plastic ax throwing.) Kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals at home. Huge space, very clean. Home is also close to and HEB and the huge Buc-cees if we needed a quick trip to grab anything. Stay here if you need to be close to Gruene, New Braunfels and San Antonio. Thank you!!

Cozy convenience

Beautiful home nestled in a new and quite neighborhood. Easy access to grocery stores, Gruene, the river and downtown. Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, spacious and cozy home with all the amenities you need. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the deer come through every night. Only complaint was the Google Nest thermostat, but to no fault of the property manager. It would go into eco mode at the hottest part of the day and change to 76. So when we would arrive back at the house, it was so hot. It would take all night to cool back down. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Home in NB

Even the outside of the home was immaculate. The driveway and front yard were well-maintained and inviting. The home is modern and neutral in decor and has everything you need for a vacation or business trip. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for meal prep, the beds were comfortable with fresh-smelling linens and pillows. It was so nice to find toiletries and even make-up wipes in the bathroom. The only negative which is minor and personal to us was the over use of plugin air-fresheners, it seemed unnecessary to have a different scent in each room. Also, a small reading lamp in the living room would have been useful. The outdoor games were fun and an added bonus and even though the property is close to the highway we didn't hear traffic noise or sounds from neighboring homes. When visiting our daughter in Texas, this house will definitely be on the top of our accomodation list.
