Big Beautiful Home

This big beautiful home provided me and my family a wonderful place to gather together while attending my nephew's wedding in SLC. The accomondations were perfect for my family and the space was large enough that everyone felt comfortable. The owner/property manager was very friendly and provided a personal check-in and check-out of the property. I would recomend this property to anyone that wants a comfortable gathering place for large groups.

Excellent home, location and view!

This property is stunning and exactly how it is described worked out perfectly for our family gathering for Christmas! A couple things we were concerned about and the only reason we didn’t give a 5 star review is. There was no shampoo in any of the showers, and no provided coffee. We felt like we were being watched! We saw a drone fly up to the windows in the main area and watch us. Every morning there was fresh foot prints in the fresh snow going through the back yard. Just keep your doors locked we didn’t have any problems just was a little weird.

Perfect for Large Family Holiday

The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. It worked great for Thanksgiving for our large family that includes children of all ages.

Utah experience

Beautiful House

This house is beautiful with an amazing view of the valley! We had a great Christmas and there was plenty of room for the whole family! Wonderful experience. Will stay here again!

Beautiful home with beautiful view

This home is large and spacious with a great play area downstairs for kids. Since we had a mixture of single ladies and ladies that brought their families, it was great having 3bd rooms up and 3 down with a fridge and washer/dryer in each level. Views from the deck are amazing for morning coffee or drinks in the evening watching the sunset. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Only drawback was hot tub heater wasn't working which we didn't discover till our last night there. But Trent was great to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. We will be contacting him next team trip to SLC!

Not the best experience

Honestly. We were so incredibly disappointed in the unprofessionalism. Things were made right at the end, but to get to that point just added more stress than needed. The house does NOT sleep 22. We had 21 and I asked three separate times to verify the sleeping arrangements and was told we were fine. He counted 3 per king bed which is just goofy (didn’t tell us ahead of time) and didn’t have enough air mattresses so we had to ask for another. He told us he multiple times that we would be his last group and that he didn’t benefit a huge profit off of us. I will not book here again.

Winter Ski Trip

Trent and his property were great for our visit to Salt Lake City. Our first VRBO host double booked his property and left us stranded. Trent was able to get us into his property within a day of asking. The house is very large and well taken care of. We all had plenty of space and would definitely come back.

Very Nice Large Modern Home with Great Views from the Balcony

Owner occupied home in good shape. Within 15 mins of SLC airport. Beautiful views. Well lit. There were so many amazing deer strolling thru the yard, I spent hours staring out the windows. The kitchen is well equipped. I struggled with many duplicate pictures online of the exact same bedrooms with rearranged furnishings...duplicate images of the 6 bedrooms should be removed for clarity, it was confusing. Some lightbulbs in the kitchen should be replaced, the remote control downstairs did not have batteries so we did not use the large tv downstairs. We only used the downstairs space for sleeping and did not utilize the kitchen, hot tub or game room, but it was there to enjoy if we wanted too. Only 2 of the bedrooms had a tv, but we were fine using the main tv in the living room as there were only 10 of us. Another renter mentioned the refrigerator had the owners personal food and it was true, but Trent moved most of it before we arrived...the remaining items were condiments in the door, but we simply moved those items to the downstairs refrigerator so that 100% of what was in the upstairs refrigerator was ours to use. We had access to park in the 2-car garage which was perfect for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. Overall, my family had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed the large space.

Annual guys ski trip

Property was very spacious for the eight of us. Both Park City and Snowbird were under an hour drive away. The hot tub worked great, but needed to be reset daily to keep the temp above 100 degrees by flipping the breaker. We enjoyed our stay and Trent the property owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing stay!

We rented Trent’s place for a family weekend for my dad’s 60th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect to fit our family of 16! The teens enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong as well as the video gaming options. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the grill! If it were warmer we would have hung out by the fire pit as well! The house is gorgeous and felt very safe for us all. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, spacious home!

We had a great time at the house for family and friends bonding. Trent was very thorough with the check in process. The house was clean with plenty of supplies. We will definitely be back!

Great House -Used all 6 Bedrooms

Beautiful home. 10 minutes to downtown Salt Lake. Visited the State House, Children's Museum, Planetarium. Ate at the Creek City Center area, many restaurants and stores. Visited the huge Mormon Tabernacle. Home 18 minutes from the airport. Had trouble with the WiFi password misspelling, but was quickly fixed with a text to the owner.

TL;DR -> Great House - Hostile Owner

Lovely house in a great location with a couple of minor issues - BBQ wasn't clean enough to use and the hot-tub was full of yellow/green water - not the end of the world.. BUT... the owner is a strangely aggressive & profane that sent abusive text messages to us after we'd checked out. Accused us of not taking out the trash - we'd taken over the property with full trash cans from the previous VRBO'r- which we'd taken out, and then filled up with our own trash - obviously Accused us of moving furniture 'all over the place' - OK - yes we rotated one couch through 90 degrees and move another one about 5ft closer to the TV. Literally taken him less time to move it back than it took to send us the text - yes we should have moved it back - but TBH it looked like it was in the right place. Apparently his cleaner said it the place was F**KING flithy - I have to wonder if they were in the same house - unless they were looking at the BBQ that was disgusting when we moved in. We literally had 2 different inspections by reasonable, clean, professional adults that treated the house with appropriate respect. And finally - maybe - one of the girls broke a bed - UNLIKELY and ohhh I don't know - maybe the previous VRBO'rs that punched a hole through the door... maybe they also broke the bed - I mean I'm not Sherlock Holmes but.... just sayin'

Beautiful House! Confirm provisions if you plan on cooking.

Our group of 10 enjoyed the property very much; super clean and spacious and very convenient location in quiet neighborhood. Trent advised in advance that only TP and garbage bags would be supplied so I pre-shopped for cooking basics, coffee filters, seasonings, dish soap, dishwasher soap etc only to discover upon arrival that all of these items were on hand. It might have been my misunderstanding or perhaps it should just be noted that in-house consumables are not for guests. Hot tub didn't heat up but not a major issue for us; in warmer weather I imagine the decks and grilling area would be amazing. Small playhouse on lower level was a blast for our two 6 year olds. Definitely recommend for family/friend gatherings!

Amazing large house nicely located.

Great house with several bedrooms to accommodate large groups. Super short drive to over to downtown Salt Lake City and 30-40 min drive over to Park City. Host was great and communicated real well. Had a great time and definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Stunning house, great views, wonderful stay.

This house was the perfect fit for our family, coming from several states, to gather for a wedding weekend. There was plenty of space for all 5 adults, their spouses and the 5 children. Great accommodations and amenities. Trent was wonderful to work with.

Beautiful home

This is a great house! It is large, spacious, has beautiful views and is a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen for the most part is well stocked and the bedrooms are nice and have nice beds. Billiard table and sound system were much appreciated.

We built this home as our dream home, lived in it for one great year and then relocated. We are hoping to keep the home by using it as a vacation rental home. We currently reside in Florida, but maintain a business in Utah. Travelling back and forth, we love staying in our beautiful house when we are in town and it is not rented.

Living area is suitable for a large gathering. We have had Holiday parties with 100 people in attendance. Smaller, intimate gatherings too. The yard surrounding the home is HUGE. If you are looking for a nice, new, clean place to spread out in comfort - this is your place!

Experience, small town and big city living at once. All forms of entertainment available during each season. The home is beautiful in itself, throw in gorgeous views... you may never want to leave the house!
