Relax in your own well-appointed accommodation featuring two queen size beds, two queen size sofa beds and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Additional in-room amenities include a fireplace, kitchen table, screened-in porch, cable/satellite television and laundry facilities equipped with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. Enforced maximum occupancy of 8 including children.



Guests will have access to the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub (open seasonally), indoor pool and hot tub, BBQ area, picnic area, fitness center (age restrictions apply), game room, playground, sports courts and golfing (fee`s apply).



Classified as mountain resort cities, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are situated along the Great Smoky Mountains. Booming attractions like Dollywood and the Smoky Mountain Opry draw tourism to Pigeon Forge, along with its collections of music theatres and shopping malls. Gatlinburg features Tennessee’s lone ski resort, Ober Gatlinburg, and quaint, mountain-themed specialty stores. Both cities provide gateways to North America’s most visited national park, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.



You will need a vehicle to get to area attractions, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and dining.



Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.



Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee`s are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Resort does not offer elevators. Limited entry-level accommodations.

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.

Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.

The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.

The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.

Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.

Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
