Amazing Property for a great vacation

This was an amazing property in a great location. We were there participating in a volleyball tournament so we had 5 adults and 4 children that were 14 years old. We played volleyball in the morning and by 3 pm we were relaxing by the pool and BBQ for supper. It was clean, had everything we needed and was a perfect size for our size of group.

Lots of bedroom space for everyone, loved the backyard with pool and hot tub. Had a great time here.

Great Location for the Greater Phoenix Area

Very spacious, clean and modern accommodations. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathroom access for our group of 10 family members ranging in age from 8 to 77 years old. Kids loved the backyard although it was too cold for the pool this time(maybe next time). Bbq grill was very handy to cook some steaks and serving area in kitchen made it very easy for all of us to eat at the same time. Getting around Phoenix was very convenient. Highly recommend this place and their friendly and prompt responding team!

Spring Training Trip

Great house for our spring training trip! Great location: stadiums, golf, pickleball, and Westgate Entertainment! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and lots of amenities! Taryn was an awesome host with great communication! We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Our host was amazing with working with us and making us feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to any type of group. Close to everything from the city to hiking. Pool felt great even if the chilly weather. Beds were comfy, laundry access was nice, coffee bar was perfect. No bad things to say!

Fantastic location

It was easy to get around. Golf course was perfect, swimming pool was just what the kids needed. House is super roomy and very open. No clutter and super clean and organized. 5 star rating for sure.

Beautiful house

This house is absolutely beautiful and the pool was so much fun for the kids. It’s located off a golf course. We came out for a basketball tournament and had an amazing time. Taryn was so amazing with communication and answering all questions we had. We will definitely be back with this property as our top spot. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful and as promised

Our stay was great. Taryn home is beautiful. A a great host and responds so politely and in a timely manner. The recommendation for restaurants.... yummm. We went to El Alebrije twice in one weekend. The house is super clean, well equipped. Plenty of space and even provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more as it is so relaxing and comfortable. The area is nice and close to everything. Thank you again!!

Great stay! Beautifully furnished and equipped. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay! The owners have equipped this VRBO with us in mind. It's thoughtfully and beautifully furnished. I'm a stickler for a kitchen. I wanted to be able to cook, and spend time with my family just as I would at home. I had expected to have to go purchase a few things, like larger serving pieces and maybe a crockpot to make chicken for tacos. Nope! They had it ALL! This was a wonderful surprise. The kitchen is large and the open concept is perfect for special family moments. The room layout is great and the bathrooms are spacious. There was plenty of seating outside by the pool. There were plenty of towels and the linens were nice. Another wonderful surprise was the coffee bar! I had brought everything we needed (k-cups, condiments etc.) but what a treat that the homeowner had these things readily available and with an adorable presentation. The only two things I struggled with were the lock box (MY error as I didn't see how the front came off to expose the key) but the owner responded immediately to my text/call to help me figure it out. Thank you Taryn! The other thing was the sensor on the kitchen sink. Again, MY error! Ha! The owner had put a label indicating the sensor, but I hadn't seen that design before so it took me a moment to figure out how to turn the kitchen sink on! haha. Do note that there is a lovely water filtration system for safe drinking water. I hadn't noticed this immediately, so purchased a bunch of bottled water. But the inclusion of a water filtration system is fantastic! The location was great as we wanted to be close to Goodyear where our son was at Spring Training. Traffic is minimal around this area and there are plenty of stores/restaurants nearby for anything you need. We had a great lunch in the courtyard at the Wigwam resort. Very communicative owner and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend and look forward to returning. Five stars indeed!
