The place was cute, but after trying to get settled in the air condition wasn’t working properly, and they were monitoring it by their own remote, the fans were broke and making noise as if it was grinding like a saw in the one room and didn’t work in one of the other bedrooms. The bathroom towels were stained. There was a garage but no remote without opening the door backing the vehicle out and then go back into the house and out the front door. The water would take forever to warm up and then go cold. The host said they didn’t live in the state so they were not able to have anyone come look at anything. I find that the host should have some manager in the area in the event there are issues in the home. There was also weeds and dog feces not picked up. The owner refused to help and I reported them to VRBO and VRBO stated that was unacceptable behavior as they read the messages between the host and myself.

I’m truly sorry you feel you had a bad experience. However, I would like to clarify a few important points. This is a brand-new home with top-of-the-line appliances that function very well. Prior to your stay, we received a five-star review from a previous guest, and nothing in the home has been changed since then. We consistently receive outstanding feedback from our renters regarding the condition and comfort of the property. During your stay, I responded to your requests and did what you asked, including turning off the backyard cameras to accommodate your concerns. I made every effort to address the issues you raised within the limitations communicated. While I understand that not every stay is perfect, I do not believe a review of this nature accurately reflects the overall quality of the home or the level of care and responsiveness provided.
