Cocina nueva totalmente equipada. Nuevos baños 2011. Rey en maestro, dos dobles en el segundo dormitorio y una reina en el tercer dormitorio. Capacidad para 6 personas en total. Limpieza, ropa de cama y toallas. Todos los alquileres son de sábado a sábado.

This unit is very nice especially being a corner unit with a wrap around balcony providing an extra breeze. Very good location. Beautiful beach & Pool. The building maintenance person kept the outside area very clean. He was also very helpful and friendly. The building had 2 elevators. I would rent this unit again.

Good Spring Break

The view is excellent and location perfect! Appliances all worked perfectly! Provided beach towels would be a plus. A couple of beach chairs would be appreciated. King mattress was a bit soft for our taste. All in all, a good place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation to Indian Shores/Rocks was amazing. Sand Castle II is in a very quite and convenient location. The beach is steps away. Ground at this condo are well maintained and the pool area is great. Florida Lyfestyles was great to work with. The kitchen in the condo was wonderful and the unit was clean. The balcony was large and provide a perfect place to watch sunset and dolphins playing in the water. The bedrooms are satisfactory but need new blinds. Anyone from across the street at Caddy's can see into the unit since part of the blind was missing. Nothing prevents the parking lot lights from shining in all night. It was great to have a washer and dryer in unit! I would stay again.

A little crowded when we went this time, but it is Florida. If we had a maintenance issue, it was promptly attended to by the maintenance company. The Perfect Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experince, the condo was more then we could have hoped for, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, the view from the balcony was breath taking, and the rap around view of the inter coastal waters was perfect. This unit is suitable for all ages, my grand children played on the beach all day and loved swimming in the Gulf and in the pool. The property was very clean and well looked after every day with pool area was cleaned and the decks and chairs were washed. The condo is located close to everything, The Pub right across the road has excellent food and is suitable for children. There is a rental shop close where you can rent boats, bikes, etc. I would recommend this condo to all ages and love the end units with the rap around balcony.

Lots of fun! Tropical Storm Colin went through. The condo was very nice. It has three bedrooms and each one is decorated nicely. Beach towels were provided along with a beach umbrella. The pool was very crowed so we were not able to use it . Many families standing around in groups. It seemed like someone's backyard pool party. Sand castle I was quieter and not as rowdy.

Somewhat disappointing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we noticed some issues that dealt with cleaning as well as items in need of repair. We contacted the owners who forwarded our list to FL Lifestyle and in their defense they tried to correct three out of several problems during our stay. We paid extra to stay in a unit with a washer/dryer, and an entire week+ went by before they sent someone to "fix" the dryer, but it didn't help that much. The dryer would take up to 90 minutes to dry a few items. The refrigerator's ice maker wasn't working and that also required repair during our stay. In addition, a threshold between the dining room and living room was so loose you could pick up the entire thing. FL Lifestyle sent a repairman but after he repaired it, it did the same thing. There was a lot of dust in the unit, kitchen and bath cabinets were delaminating, refrigerator door was rusting, glass cabinets were fingerprinted, oven was dirty, cooktop was dirty, etc. decorations needed sorely updating; silk plants dirty and worn. the unit certainly had potential to be upscale, but was in need of someTLC. I would recommend this property if these items were taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful vacation, we loved the location and sitting out on the large porch in the mornings and evenings. The recently updated bathrooms were also very nice (with the exception of the height of the track for the shower door in the master which I scraped my head on, at 6'1", several times before I remembered to duck when stepping out). Everything inside was very nice and clean. One small issue was with the dvd/vcr combo in the living area - I got a Redbox, but it wouldn't play on the DVD player - not sure if it needs a software update or is just broken, but an easy fix and a very minor inconvenience in what was just a perfect vacation week for us with the weather and crowds that weren't bad at all for a holiday week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd time we stayed at these condos, this time was a nightmare. Arrived at the condo to find dirty hair covered bar of soap left in M/B shower, my son found a dirty drinking glass under his bed. One of the closet doors to the laundry was hanging off, tried to fix it but no tools. A large group of middle aged adults who let their children run wild, skateboarding around the pool and bouncing a ball off the side of the condo under one of our bedroom windows. Apparently rented on condo for themselves and another condo in Sand Castle III for the kids as the kids were running back and forth from condo to condo. They would not rinse off their feet after the beach and would then sit in the hot tub so the hot tub was out of service until the repair man could come and fix it. Elevators didn't work, one gentleman got stuck and had to call his wife for help. Amplified music from condo under us. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation not the place to stay. If you are looking for a place were all the rules are made to be broken go for it.

The place is clean with a well equipped kitchen. Florida Lifestyle makes reservations and check in and out very easy for us. The neighborhood has an abundance of great restaurants. On rainy days we enjoy the many fine museums in downtown St. Petersburg.

Overall, the vacation was good but the unit was not our favorite.
