Casa de nueva construcción cuenta con una piscina y puertas corredizas de vidrio de la cocina a la piscina. Muy privado si usted requiere esto. Cuenta con una casa de invitados separada de la parte trasera, que también está disponible. La casa duerme seis y está cerrada por la soledad absoluta, pero cerca de todas las actividades. La casa es de menos de un año de edad. El acceso está cerrada y es la última casa en la calle por lo que si la privacidad es importante este es el lugar. Usted puede ver ballenas llegan desde la terraza y ver las puestas de sol al día. También seguir el rastro a un paseo de 15 minutos a las playas para ver a los surfistas.

This was our third time here and we were able to stay for a full two weeks. There is nowhere else I’d rather stay. The house is beautiful - well kept and has a fabulous pool and view. It was hotter than usual this year and we really appreciated the breeze you get from being situated higher up. We explored many different areas on our daily walks including a couple of hikes to Sayilita and the area surrounding the polo grounds. Also enjoyed our beach walks. There are many really good restaurants in town and shops to buy supplies. Patricia is a lovely host and lives on the property (as does the caretaker) so any small issues that might come up are quickly resolved. Note: There is a rough patch of road and an incline leading up to the property. If you enjoy walking and don’t have mobility issues this will not be a problems. For others you may want to have a car or rent a golf cart as it’s about a 1km walk into the main part of town or to the beach. I’d recommend good walking shoes and/or comfortable footwear.

Everything was awesome. So blessed to have found this place. San Pancho was so inviting and the beach was so good. Lots of great restaurants too. Town winds down at 10pm. Olivia’s restaurant and bar was our go to everyday. Spent most of our days on the beach and always had great service and shade by the staff. Especially Luis our server. Can’t remember the umbrella guy Chupi or Chuki he is also awesome and will be keeping you in the shade. Patricia the VRBO owner and helper Lalo were always around if we needed something. Just ring the bell. The view is so awesome, pictures don’t do it justice.

We had the most incredible experience at this property in San Pancho. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The home itself is even better than the photos!Patricia was an exceptional host. She was warm, kind, and genuinely gracious, making sure we had everything we needed while giving us complete privacy. You can truly tell she cares deeply about her guests comfort and experience.We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The place has an incredible view from the house and pool. Stunning view from all rooms. Very charming Mexican house. Host is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Lots of places too eat in town. The Aragorn Bake and Brew has great beer, food and sourdough bread!!!

Second year staying at this property and I can't say enough good about it. It's lovely, airy, well designed and well maintained. It's far enough from town to feel like a peaceful getaway and close enough to wander down whenever you'd like to be a part of things. Look forward to next year.

Beautiful home

Enjoyed our stay. Host and staff were great. Only downside was A/C was only in bedrooms. It was hot, July, and we basically could not use main living area as it had no A/C. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Love Love Love this Place!

This is our second time staying at this property and there will be a third. It’s a lovely house and property; beautiful pool with a gorgeous view; two really nice bedrooms with ensuites; comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning; a well equipped kitchen; lots of space for 4-5 people: many different places to sit outside. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town which we enjoy, but you can rent a golf cart if mobility is an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental property.

I Travelled all of Mexico and San Pancho is my favorite place, it is clean, safe and what Mexico is really all about. The tourists are just starting to find this hidden jewel and therefore it is not crowded. The beaches are amazing and the restaurants fantastic.
