PRIME LOCATION - PRIVATE POOL (Heated for free Nov-March)

The Old Town area of Port Aransas is a favorite with guests due to the walkable location to some of the best restaurants in Port A! It's also walkable to many entertaining hot spots for nightlife and great shopping. It's still very close to the beach as well. You'll find this to be the best location in town!

Easy beach access! Each house comes with fenced in private HEATED pool, a six seater gas golf cart, room for plenty of guests and grill! The beach is 3/4 mile away so you can pack gear and people on the golf cart and be there is less than 5 minutes! Shopping, restaurants, bars, and fishing are all less than a mile away! This is the perfect get away place. Spacious, well equipped kitchen with granite counters, lots of cabinets and storage open to living and dining area with high ceilings. Tile flooring throughout.

3 King bedrooms, each with ensuite baths and a bunkroom with twin beds for 6 and a full bath in the hallway, 2 additional half baths, and an outdoor shower. (See the last few pictures for the full floor plan)

Half-price cart rental!! ($95 per day collected on the check-in day.)

Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests. Accurate guest counts must be provided so that we can provide sufficient towels and linens and supplies. Additional guests are $25 per stay. Additional guest fees are charged on the check-in date. NOTE: The top bunks are for children less than 100 lbs. only. This house is ideally suited for 3 adult couples and some children therefor we recommend no more than 6 adults in the house.

Guest Access: Guests will be able to use entire space except locked closets. The garage is for golf carts only. All outdoor areas and garages and locked closets are covered by security cameras and record any time motion is detected.

This listing is for a single Villa. We have 3 identical houses all located next door to each other. Each has its own pool and outdoor areas. If you are planning a family reunion or corporate retreat, you can rent 2 or all 3 houses to accommodate a large gathering. The backyard fence between Villas B and C can be opened up for a huge private outdoor space for you family with a pool at each end.

Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests per home. No more than 12 guests may be in each of our homes at any time. Guests in excess of 8 total per home are charged at $25 per night per guest upon check-in. Accurate guest counts must be provided so that we can provide sufficient towels and linens and supplies.

This house is ideally suited for 3 adults couples and some children therefor we recommend no more than 8 adults in the house if the party is adults only, or no more than 6 adults if there are children coming.

The top bunks are for children less than 100 lbs. only.

Gas grills are provided. Some properties have propane grills, and the boiling pots only use propane. We leave a couple propane tanks at the house for the grill and boiling pot burner, but there is no practical way to keep them filled, so propane is not guaranteed. Like most properties on the island, we employ the honor system, as we do not and can not monitor them. If you drew the short straw and the gas runs low or out on you, take the cylinder and pay an exchange at IGA, CVS, Ace, or Stripes. It should be around $25.

Grill cleaning is guest responsibility. If you use any of the outdoor cooking equipment, it needs to be cleaned and the drip pans emptied and ready for the next guest. We do not and can not clean the grills and boiling pots between guests. Please use paper towels and the metal grill brushes to clean the grills, not our linens or our pool cleaning equipment. If you leave the grill or boiling pot dirty for the next guest you will be charged per the rental agreement. If you check in and find the grill dirty send us pictures and we will send you $25. NOTE: Dirty is excessive food particles or full grease catch pans or actual food left in the boiling pot, not a little grease residue or a little rust on the grill or grates.

Golf Cart usage is subject to terms and conditions that are in the home rental agreement. You must complete the home rental agreement (which includes the provisions for the golf cart) including full contact details and you must text any operator's driver's license and proof of insurance to us before they operate our cart. Golf cart access and operating instructions will be provided the day of your arrival.

We heat the pool Nov 1 to Mar 31 to 90 degrees. Heating to higher temperatures and other times can be arranged for a fee. The pools are serviced twice a week and will require occasional closures to allow chemicals to dissipate. This is usually no more than a couple hours.The pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays and tested for proper and safe chemicals. Sometimes the water isn’t perfectly clear but that does not mean it is unsafe to use. There may be occasional algae growth on the pool walls or steps, or debris or sand blowing in from the beach and landscaping. These do not constitute the pool being dirty. Skimmers and brushes are provided if Guest wants to remove them between regularly scheduled cleanings. Please do not let your children use play with these. Our pool service company will notify you if the pool is unsafe to use. There are no refunds for occasional pool closures for cleaning, repairs or maintenance, “cloudy” water, if pool temperature is undesirable, or other minor issues with the pool.

Loved this place

This home was incredible! We all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was very clean, had plenty of supplies like beach chairs and beach towels. The pool was fantastic & we made good use of the grill. Having the golf cart made this an 11/10!

Great Property!

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our large group. The house was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the owner was super accommodating. The pool and golf cart were also great! We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location - Bad parking

Great location but, parking is a nightmare. Lots of repetitive signs posted to remind you of the rules. Not the owner’s fault but, our golf cart broke on our 2nd day and had to be replaced. The pool was ok but, not the cleanest for sure. Debris in the bottom, dead bird in the skimmer. The owner said the pool cleaner would be out on our 2nd day. All in all it was fine not, amazing.

Great Beach Stay

The property is well maintained and has almost everything you can think of to make your stay more convenient. Golf cart makes it easy to go to and from the beach and around the area. Pool was clean and well maintained and a perfect size for small ones or adults to lounge in. Was a bit cold in May but heating was available for a cost. Owner is very responsive and friendly. Lift makes getting your luggage up 3 flights of stairs a breeze.Here are the reasons we did not give it a 5 star review.-Check in time is 4 PM. You lose half your day waiting to check in.-In the middle of the stay pool cleaners and someone came to change 1 air filter in the house unannounced. Pool cleaners are understandable but the filter could have waited until after our 3 night stay.-Golf cart was having technical issues (owner was very responsive and quickly provided another cart)-All serveware is glass, makes it hard to safely serve toddlers food if you don't pack your own. -Location is in the middle of several RV parks that do not seem well maintained. The property seems out of place in that neighborhood. -Parking is tight so if you have multiple cars you will be playing musical cars when coming and going.-No bathtubs in the bathrooms only showers makes it harder to bath little ones.Overall nice home, good location from the beach with the Golf cart. Wasn't the best fit with the age range of children we have. Would recommend for an older crowd..

The best part about Old Town Port A is the location to everything! The grocery store, restaurants, bars, the beach, the dock, the ferry, the shopping, EVERYTHING is a couple minute golf cart ride away. We wanted to stay in the city and as close to everything as possible to provide our guest with that same experience. It is so cool to drive to the beach for an hour, come take a quick outdoor shower and jump in the pool while you grill lunch. Have everything quickly accessible so when one person gets tired they have a place to retreat and not be a party pooper. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need to make meal after meal to save some money while at the beach.

The 6 Passenger Golf Cart is a must in Port A! They are all registered with the city and are powered by super unleaded gasoline. The golf cart has seat belts and a beach pass and is available with our home rental for $95 per night.

The heated pool- Welcome to Texas where the weather is 96 on one day and 46 the next! You never know what you are going to get unless it is summer than you can ALWAYS expect HOT, HOT, HOT! The same is for the island... don't ruin your vacation by not having a heated pool! See rates section for fees for heating the pool.



We have 3 houses all located next door to each other. If you are planning a family reunion or corporate retreat, you can rent 2 or all 3 houses to accommodate a large gathering.
