Our coastal themed condo is newly renovated, beautiful and extremely comfortable. Enjoy complete serenity within a resort style condo. It is an 8 minute walk from the comfy couch to the sand through our deeded beach access. This beach condo is fully stocked with fresh linens, a King size bed, 1 Queen and 1 bunk bed, 3 TV's (70" in Living Room), kitchenware, beach chairs, and pool/beach towels. Oceanwalk offers 2 pools, Jacuzzi, grills, 2 gyms, sauna , movie theater, and a beautiful nature trail along the estuary. We have a gorgeous private unobstructed view off our spacious balcony where the sunsets are spectacular! Feel free to send any questions...we are always here to help. Discounts available for longer stays.

Great December Stay

We were visiting family for the holiday. The condo was beautiful. Everyone appreciated how clean, nicely decorated and relaxing it was. Both community pools were heated so we could swim and use hot tubs. Great host and place to stay.

Roomy Comfortable Vacation Condominium

Wonderful stay

The condo is just as described and even better! Easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to the downtown area. David was fantastic and available whenever we needed him. If you’re looking to stay in NSB, look no further!!

Great stay

Clean unit, ample kitchen supplies to cook meals and kid friendly. Great big sectional couch, which is rare in rentals in my experience. Only thought I had to improve would have been larger dining tables inside and outside so groups over 4 can sit together.

Great 2 Weeks

The owner David was very responsive and supportive of all our questions. This unit is clean, and well appointed. You don’t need to bring beach chairs or towels. The master bedrooom mattress is very comfortable. Wonderful sunsets on the screened-in porch. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay!

We had wonderful time. Condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Close walk to beach. We stayed over the 4th of July and walking to beach to watch the fireworks over the water was the highlight of the vacation. Condo was very peaceful and well stocked for us to stay in and cook while we were there. David was very kind and answered all my questions promptly, also had good food recommendations. We would definitely book again!

Best Stay at Oceanwalk

I’ve stayed at a lot of places in NSB - we have family there- and this is absolutely the best place we have ever stayed! David was very responsive and he has everything you have ever wanted or could need at the condo for a day at the beach! We had all ages stay and it was perfect for everyone! Also the beds were the most comfortable I have ever stayed at in a VRBO! I miss it! I’m absolutely can’t wait to to go back! A Must Stay! *****

Relaxing Vacation in a Great Location

This condo had everything that my family and I needed for a relaxing family vacation. Mr. Conway was always a text away if we had any questions or concerns. The location of the condo was like a picture overlooking the lagoons and the wildlife preserve. The sunsets are amazing. The condo was very clean and sanitized. The OceanWalk community is always very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again! It was a great experience! Thanks!

Great Unit, Great Location

This unit was perfect for my family. The unit was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. This is on the south side of New Smyrna so almost no traffic getting in and out of the complex. The beach was never crowded. Both pools were very clean, tennis courts were in great shape, and the walk to the beach was super easy (about 5 minutes). The beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers that were provided were an extra bonus. The owner was the best, super nice and informative.

Ocean Walk

Wow. Is all i can say. Competitive properties do not compare for the price. Clean, nice view, short walk to the beach. Accommodation over and above with outdoor sporting equipment, bikes, etc, even threw an air mattress in for a guest we hadnt planned on going, to make sure we were fully taken care of. 100% recomend

Fantastic Weekend

What a great experience in New Smyrna Beach! My family of three had a wonderful experience at this condo. We were so pleased with the entire stay. It was an incredibly clean and very well-maintained property. Communication with David was excellent. We had no issues at all during the stay, but I have every confidence they would have been addressed quickly if we had. The grounds are beautiful and the quick walk to the beach every morning was a pleasure. It was a nice surprise to see a fully stocked closet with items for the beach. That is such a time and money saver to have those items available. We also loved the fact that the beach was part of the no-drive section of New Smyrna. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan to return with my extended family as well.

Loved our stay!

We really loved this beach condo. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Super close to the pools and not far from the beach. Really enjoyed the area not being super touristy. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and then headed to Flagler for dinners. It worked out great. There weren’t any k-cups for keurig as was advertised in the listing, nor was there any dishwasher pods. We went to Publix on our first day so it was no big deal. A fan remote was out of batteries and the owner offered to have them replaced quickly. Communication with host was excellent and always answered in a timely manner. We would love to come and stay again sometime!

Perfect Birthday Getaway

Wonderful beach condo!

5 Star stay! This was a great property with everything we could possibly have needed. Kitchen had every item needed - just like home. Very clean and spacious. My little guys loved the bunk beds. More than enough towels for showers and beach towels for the beach. Owner was very responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

While we love a nice ocean view, when we walked in to our condo the first time, we knew that this was the one for us. The condo is almost 1400 sq feet and offers a real home away from home feel. The totally unobstructed unique private view is of one of the most important estuaries in the United States. Oceanwalk is extremely clean, safe and well maintained. The amenities here are unmatched.
