Esta villa de dos dormitorios y dos baños, decorada con gusto, tiene una cocina de tamaño completo y un área combinada de sala de estar / comedor. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene un par de camas gemelas y hay un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. El balcón de la sala de estar tiene una vista directa del océano.

Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes tiene servicio de internet inalámbrico.

We had a great first vacation to Hilton Head! Rental is as pictured and had a good supply of necessities for our 4 night stay! Walk to the beach is easy and pool was great. The complex does have a bit of a musty smell that seems to come from the carpet outside of the units, but other than that it was a perfect stay! If we come back we would rent this unit again.

Perfect for families with children and couples

We stayed in unit 217, the previous reviews had me a little concerned about the cleanliness and shape of the villa, so I was very happy to find that the unit was spotless, smelled lovely and although it could use a few upgrades here and there it's a very well kept place. The grounds, pool area and beach boardwalks are all very beautiful. The heated pool was amazing especially since it was still a bit too cold to be in the ocean. We loved the location and walked to Coligny plaza and shopped and ate at several places there. We had a great time and we'll be back!!

I have recommended your property to my friends and they have loved it too. The condo I stayed at this time I will likely look it up to stay again next year. I know it was remodeled put the main bedroom door was coming of the henges and I taped the screws on the door. I also being an older guy would recommend that the owners put some grab bars in the bathroom shower and a holder for the soap. Other than those two complaints I plan on hopefully renting the same place in June next next.

Only complaints were there are some things that would have been nice to have had there (coffee filters, more items for the beach). The cleaning crew could have done a better job. Our feet were black immediately b/c the floor was so dirty and we didn't have floor mats for the tub or shower. The wifi was horrible in the unit unless you were in the living room.

Better ocean view if higher floor - the living area is small and would be crowded with 4 guests, esp. children. Was fine for two . Wicker chairs in Living Room stylish but definitely not comfortable .No trash shoot - had to carry trash across parking lot to dumpster everyday.

Dated but close to everything

Very outdated, drawers fall out in kitchen, bathrooms cramped, fridge had visible rust on side. Could hear neighbors easily above. Slow internet. Small flat screens. But the sacrifice for the price and location helped make up for it.

Premier Property this is not

. The balcony proximity to the beach and pool, was perfect. The condo was outdated, no beach towels no beach chairs no spoons o and the dishwasher and garbage disposals stunk and the drain in the master bedroom was Clogged. I've stayed at VRBO for over 30 years and this was the first time I've ever been disappointed with a premier host

needs major updating unless you don't care

The minute we walked into the condo, My husband was so disappointed and did not feel comfortable leaving me there for the week to spend some girl time with family. The furniture is very dated with major stains. Its got a great view but condo is very dark with not much light. Luckily I was able to upgrade to another unit nearby on the beach with better view, updated and better feel to the new unit.

Great location and access to ocean but poor cleaning

We overall enjoyed our stay at this unit. However, when we arrived, there was pubic hair in multiple locations of our bathroom and my wife needed to wipe off the counters and toilet and we found someone else's soap in the shower. The main room and kitchen are fine in the unit. The bedrooms are dated and carpet worn down which is expected for a rental unit. That was not the problem, the cleanliness was. It's a shame because the amenities, location in Hilton Head and on ocean front and the oceanfront pool were awesome. All they need to do is hire decent cleaning service and I would have rated it a 5/5. If you can't handle a little dirtyness, then this unit is not for you. If you can, you will love it.

Satisfactory but seriously in need of updating

The main room floor was very worn, one toilet ran constantly, difficult to adjust shower water, kitchen somewhat sparse with refrigerator door installed backwards, master bath fan loud and shed the dust bunnies never cleaned, living room pillows shed feathers throughout the room. Everything was old and shopworn e cept a newer dinette. Hoping to find an updated space next year, hopefully with Vacation Time. Pleased with their service. The condo though clearly has an owner who doesn’t care. Overall review.........great location but extremely in need of updates and repairs.

Great Location by the Beach

We loved the location! It was an easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach and to the center of everything. The property was exactly as advertised -- no surprises. As others have noted, their are some things that could use some updating. The carpet in the bedroom should be replaced -- it is definitely worn and actually tearing in some places. The beach chairs on the porch were too rusty to use. Maybe we weren't supposed to use them, but they should actually be thrown out rather than sitting on the balcony. We were aware of some update issues from some other reviews and they didn't affect our vacation experience in the least, which is why I still gave 5 stars. Some other small issues: more spoons...I realize renters may take these, but there were only a few and we kept running out. And having back stops on the kitchen drawers - they just come flying right out of the cabinet when they are opened. We had some near misses where we caught them in time. Again -- just small things that the owner should be aware of and wouldn't cost too much to fix -- even the carpet. But overall it was a great location, tastefully furnished and supplied, and we would stay there again.

Not worth the money

We had to wash some of the dishes before we could use them. The condo has a moldy/musty smell that made it hard for my husband who has asthma breathe inside the condo. The master sheets and bedspread had stains on them. Overall not impressed and not worth the money.

Location is excellent ---can use some upgrades

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head. The condo is right on the beach with heated pool in view and close to everything and that's a big plus for us. We enjoyed looking and hearing the waves from the condo balcony. The condo itself can use from updates or renovations, in particular the carpets in the bedrooms that are very old and unclean.

Our condo needed updates, especially in the master shower - the hot tap did not work. Good location close to Sea Pines and Coligny Shopping. They need more bicycle space, too.

Family vacation from Tennessee

The property was very nice and what we were anticipating upon our arrival. Other guests were not noisy and were very cordial. The only issue we could find was that neighboring guests would smoke on their balcony which drifted toward our balcony keeping us from enjoying the outside from our balcony vantage. Outside of that, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great view! Convenient location!

Favorite part was the ocean front view from the balcony and living area. The kitchen could have been cleaned better (yellowish substance splattered on the side of the fridge next to oven, and old coffee grinds left in coffee pot), but for the most part, the condo was adequate. Close enough to enjoy the Coligny activities but down the beach far enough to avoid the major crowds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It began extremely stressfully and we almost left...but glad we stayed. The location is lovely, the unit "nice" but only "nice". We realize check-in is at 4pm but, because of a child's disability, had requested early check-in and were told we'd be on a priority cleaning list. We arrived at 2pm, unit not ready, sat in the car for 2 hours, cleaner entered the unit at 4pm, keys availableat 4:30 so 4:45 before we could enter. My daughter was affected the rest of the day-we almost drove 3 hours back home. Found unit "OK" tho long black hairs in the bathroom, lipstick marks (stain?) on pillowcase, and washed everything in the kitchen that we used as had dried food, etc., on silverwear and pans. Window unit AC loud and unpredictable as to when it would cycle on/off so hard to sleep
