Ocean Dunes 410 es un 4to piso, villa frente al mar que ofrece INTERNET INALÁMBRICO, se combinan dos dormitorios, dos baños, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar y área de comedor. La ropa de cama ofrecería una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un balcón que ofrece una impresionante vista frente al mar y también da a la piscina frente al mar.

Ocean Dunes Villas está ubicado en el extremo sur de la isla, a lo largo de South Forest Beach Drive, a poca distancia de Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes es una propiedad frente al mar que se encuentra a unos 70 metros del océano. Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes tiene servicio de internet inalámbrico y acceso a una piscina frente al mar y área de picnic. Stayed here for four nights with our four children. Beautiful view from the balcony and very nice walk to the beach. Heating pool was nice too. Had an incident with my three year old locking us out of the kids' bedroom and the host came over very quickly to open the door.

Relaxation in two bedrooms in a beachfront

Great location. It was clean. Check in and out was easy. Only downside is furnishings are older and dated as is the building in general but we knew that going in so it was everything we were expecting and we were pleased. Would go back again.

While everything went smoothly with check-in and the great view and location, this unit needs some upgrading and repairs (part of wall in hallway was separating, kitchen cupboards need trim in some spots, bathrooms have chipped away paint and front bathroom needs a light in the shower as the only light comes from around corner above sink). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, view and layout were fantastic. The place was very dated with some damages--pealing kitchen cabinets, old and crusty bathroom fixtures, couch was grungy, very used bedding. However, on a positive note, the management company sent their person out who took pictures of the issues. Hopefully, the owner improves the property because we would like to go back. We had a great time despite these minor issues.

I was looking for a relaxing, stress free getaway, and I was not disappointed. Condo was clean and provided a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved the location being just a short distance from Coligny Beach and Sea Pines as it was not as crowded or congested. The gentlemen at the office on check in was very friendly. He answered any question we may have had and made everyone feel welcome. Great for a small family.

Amazing Sunrise View

Great location for short bike to many key locations like Sea Pines and Colingy. Beach access is shared with the Hilton next door so is updated and very nice. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning over the ocean. Overall great location and perfect size for our family of 5.

May Beach trip- AMAZING View!

We were blown away by the gorgeous direct oceanfront view! We enjoyed beach sunrises and sunsets, lots of time on the balcony, and made so many family memories during our time there! It was a perfect spot for our family of four. Rooms had ample storage space with furniture and roomy closets to allow us to unpack and move in for our stay, along with linens and start up supplies included. We appreciated that! Everything about rental, check-in, check-out process was seamless and we would definitely stay again!

Great location! Building needs some love.

What a perfect condo for beach/ocean access and sunrise views from the balcony. Clean and pleasantly decorated condo. Balcony needs some love attention, as do the public areas, which smell like pesticides and mildew.

Loved the condo and the view was amazing!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and was just a short walk to the beach. Loved that we could sit on the balcony and drink coffee while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. The only thing I would suggest is some new cookware. We had to buy a skillet cause the ones in the condo were in rough shape. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely come back to this condo.

Beautiful view

Loved the view and the location of the property. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Outside bathroom just off the beach. The condo was nice. The sliding glass door would not stay latched which was an issue when hurricane Helene moved through. Stayed up to keep the door shut. Guest room comfy mattress. King mattress not so comfy. Bathrooms could use an update.

Fantastic beachfront property

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and the location was perfect. There was abundant shopping, restaurants and bike trails within a very short distance. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The only negative I would add is that the condo isn’t fancy. The fixtures are old, the floor is squishy, and there wasn’t the typical personal touch of a welcome gift that I’ve experienced with many other vacation rentals. But what you do get is an amazing location, a clean comfortable place to stay and ease of use. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.
