Living Spaces:
The chef's kitchen boasts custom cabinets, a tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and Silestone countertops. A breakfast bar with two stools connects to the dining area seating six. Beyond, the living room offers ample seating, a 42-inch flat-panel TV, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

Accommodations:
​The master bedroom, adjacent to the living area, features a king-size bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub/shower, and balcony access. The second bedroom, situated at the villa's rear, offers a double and a twin bed. This room shares a bathroom with the living area, which can be privatized via a pocket door; this bathroom also includes a Jacuzzi tub/shower.

Outdoor:
Upon entering this villa, guests are greeted with peeks of the ocean through the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

We had a great time visiting HH. unfortunately the villa is in need of some updating and a deep cleaning.

As I mentioned the villa needs updating and a good cleaning. The carpets are dirty etc. I spoke with someone from Beach Properties and gave details of the villa's condition.

Perfect place & location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was plenty big for the 5 of us. It was so nice to have a kitchen and plenty of space for us to spread out so we could all have some space and not feel like we were on top of each other. It was a very, very easy walk to the beautiful beach and we felt that this area of the beach was not as busy as others, which was a huge plus. We also enjoyed riding bikes or walking to the general store. This is also a convenient location to several places to eat and a grocery store. Property manager/owner was very responsive to questions. This was absolutely perfect for us and we cannot wait to return!

Great place to stay

Comfortable beds, nice location, great place. The only draw back, the description doesn't state this building doesn't offer ramps out to the beach. We had to go next door to use another property's ramp as stairs were not convenient for our party. Would not have chosen this property had we known.

beautiful condo in a garden setting

My two middle aged sisters and I stayed one week from April 27 to May 4. Excellent service! we called about two small problems, and someone was sent out immediately. The large deck was our special favorite. Suggested improvements - UMBRELLAS at the pool. One of my sisters has skin cancer on her nose. We noticed other buildings with their own pools had provided umbrellas at the pool, but the pool for this condo did not have umbrellas in the pool area. the pool was quite warm like a bath. We would have liked the pool to be cooler for a more refreshing pool experience. We struggled to watch movies on Amazon Prime and Netflix. We wanted to use our own passwords, but we could find no specific directions for how to operate the TV and access movies on Prime and Netflix. Finally, check out time was at ten o'clock AM on Saturday morning. My sister came back from emptying the trash in the chute and when she used the code on the door, she realized she was locked out. It was one minute past ten AM. Because two of us were still in the condo, preparing to take our luggage down to the car, we were able to let in my sister so two of us could take luggage to the car while the third person made sure the door did not lock behind us. Please inform your guests on the checkout sheet that the door lock code will change promptly at 10 AM on check out day. Prompt checkout time is a reasonable expectation . However, it would be courteous to guests to warn about the locks changing at ten AM .

Great property in Hilton Head!

This condo was perfect for our family for Spring Break. 2 of our daughters joined us and we all had great sleeping accommodations. The condo was the pefect size and had a great view of the ocean, which we enjoyed while out on the balcony. Our building was quiet and well maintained. Palmetto Dunes is a very large area and a little further from Coligny Park than we had hoped since our daughters enjoyed that area so much during our last stay. But the trails, scenery, and beaches in Palmetto Dunes were lovely!

Nice place, Great location!

My family and I enjoyed our 2wk stay a great deal. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and as described. Really short distance to the beach and pool - would recommend!

Family beach trip

Nice condo-nicer than the pictures show. Very convenient location. You can see the ocean from the living room, deck, and kitchen. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool area is nice. There is a pack n play in the unit and there were beach bags and chairs as well, but I wasn’t aware so I brought everything with me. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Loved our vacation! The place was great, views are better than the pictures! Clean and perfect for our family! You do look straight onto someone else’s balcony so be sure to draw curtains at night time. Really enjoyed it! Would stay again!

Villa - Barrington Court 316

The location to the beach was nice but unfortunately, we found the primary bed to be hard and the pillows to be the most painful pillows we've ever slept on. So much so that we did not look forward to bed time which is a terrible feeling while paying a premium on vacation. Additionally, the ac did not get cool enough during the night. (on a positive note it was comfortable during the day). We loved the pool and the temp of the pool however, the hot tub was the most disgusting hot tub I've ever seen. It was swamp green with multiple bugs floating in every day. I called the onsight maintenance team and they sent a person out to clean it. After 3 days the green color improved enough to get in.

Perfect HHI rental

This listing was 100% accurate and the property exceeded my expectations. Palmetto Dunes was amazing; check-in to get our parking pass was clear and simple, and we felt extremely at ease navigating our way into the resort. Barrington Court is pretty far from the Palmetto Dunes entrance, but that’s perfect (at least for us) because there was less car/foot/bike traffic farther down. The building is tucked back in from the street and has nice, covered parking and nice hotel-like carts to bring all your stuff up. Checking in to the unit was also easy, no problems. The interior was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in; which is surprising given its proximity to the beach and my assumption it would be sandy. The mattresses could definitely be updated but nothing too bad. Every window here has a view of the water and beach (albeit, slightly obstructed). The walk to the beach and pool were simple and close; we went back and forth multiple times and it never felt like a chore. The beach right outside the building was never crowded like the public beaches, and was just amazing. The beach access ramp for the bicycles was not too far either. The pool was likewise nice and had some shady areas to cool off and break from the beach. Overall, a really great property; would love to come back.

Perfect Vacation

We really enjoyed this condo. The location was great. The beach or pool were never too crowded. Perfect for us and our young kids. We hope to return soon!

Close to the beach

We enjoyed another wonderful stay in HHI. The condo was a great location, close to the pool and beach. It was clean and exactly as pictured. No complaints.

Condo in Palmetto Dunes was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, launder clothes, etc. The location is great! Nice ocean view! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation, Michelle

Great location but not worth the price

The condo was definitely in a great location and had views of the ocean, but it was much smaller and less updated than it appeared online. The beds were super uncomfortable and one of the beds in the kids room was concave and hard to sleep in. Many pieces of silverware in kitchen were rusty and the bathrooms were dirty and very outdated. I won’t stay here again.

Nice location. Beach was great. Newly renovated unit was large and homey.

We liked this location on the island. The property is well maintained and the rental staff took care of our reservations for bikes. Short walk to the non crowded beach. Pool is nice. I would stay here again.
