Start the day in a home where open layouts create a feeling space and style. Spread out on the large leather sectional couch, enjoy meals on the hand-made wood dining room table, and go outside for a game of ping pong, corn hole and to see the Koi pond. Enjoy sitting under the patio canvas sail while enjoying the gas fire pit with family and friends. Take a stroll through the quiet neighborhood and maybe extend that walk to some restaurants, bars and shops.

The home is tucked away in a fantastic central location in a quiet family neighborhood full of mature trees and beautiful grass yards. From here, head into town to dine at family-owned restaurants, read a book in a cute cafe, and browse through unique shops. Piestewa Peak is nearby providing great hiking options and views. Ask us, or see our guide for some of our favorite places to dine, shop, etc. You won't be disappointed!

My wife has put a lot of time and heart into how each living space was to be designed for our guests. She made sure that things like the beds and sheets were top quality, since we know how it is to be in a uncomfortable bed when traveling, she also brought that homely feeling to the house with live plants to feel like you are at your home away from home. There is a light in every room to take in that Arizona sunshine. Each area of the house has been well thought out to make sure you have a great stay with us. You won't be disappointed!
In regards to the landscape our home was built in 1948 out of red brick with great bones. When we designed the landscaping we tied into that same brick and brought it out into the front and backyard to make you feel that this was built all at the same time for consistency. In the backyard we also have a Koi pond with a turret inserted in the middle of the pond that has a fire pit on the top with three water spouts that sooth the soul. The pond is also overlooked by a Brazilian Pepper tree to give some shade on those hotter days. On the other side of the backyard we have a shade sail that is covering a larger family fire pit for you and your guests to sit around and enjoy the Arizona weather. In the front yard, we have two Adirondack chairs if you want to enjoy the family friendly neighborhood with also a quiet, calming fountain nearby. The whole front is surrounded by mature shade trees over the driveway and yard.
